I tried to get some myself. Apparently they dont do Saint rims only hubs. Those rims are DT swiss even though they have saint all over them. Dont know why, just what i have been told.
No, as the maximum capacity for a saint's derailleur is a 28 tooth cassette. (trust me, I've tried). You'd be better off getting SLX or XT for that. look for a budget 10 speed derailleur that has at least a clutch, if you're worried about breaking it that much.
