You made some valid points. I have the Delta Gold basically of my home airport JFK where there's tons of Delta flights and I usually most of the time use miles to see my family in Fla. which cost little to nothing in miles per trip. Great vid Monty 💥
It's great how many short/medium domestic flights a stash of SkyMiles can get you, especially with the 15% off award bookings from the Delta Gold. Thanks for watching Mike!
I recently received an offer from Delta to upgrade from main cabin to comfort+ on a domestic flight that valued the SkyMiles at 3 cents. I happily took that opportunity. On the other hand I find that the miles required for international flights originating in the USA no matter what class of tickets usually cost about 1 to 1.1 cents, which is a poor deal.
That's an incredible upgrade offer! & yeap dynamic pricing (without saver fare opportunities) has certainly taken hold of delta's US based international routes. Hopefully those routes that don't touch the US steer clear of such pricing. Thanks for watching & sharing your experience.
Great video! I find it hard to book business class flights from the US (best for being fully refundable in case plans change) but I recently did it. SEA - ICN January 2024 for 85k miles! It was an amazing flight!
Awesome breakdown on the consistent value you can get with Delta points with no fluff!
Yeap while it's almost never awesome value, it's never terrible value. Thanks for watching Nathaniel!

delta have the most lounges. if you live by a small airport and have frequent layovers this is a no brainer.
Agreed, and they're adding Delta One lounges too. Hope to be able to check one out eventually.
Thanks for the info + video!
Thanks for watching Jimmy!
Searching for partner redemptions for non-US routes on Delta is an UNDERATED tip 👏🏽
Also “I’d say the latter…. for the most part” 😂
Underrated for sure. And haha as with many things, there's always a caveat. Thanks for watching Mark!

Thanks for watching! That's an incredible redemption, was it with Korean Air?
@MontyCardNerd i wish! It was with Delta. I thought it was a great flight, amazing service compared to other experiences
Awesome, I really want to try Delta One myself someday so glad to have your thumbs up on it!
