I just started playing goalie a little over a year ago, I have approx. 100 games played. My left groin muscles are constantly sore and they did not feel 100% even after a 2-week rest for the holidays. Before that it was my right groin muscles, so I'm hoping this will eventually pass too. Granted, I've been doing my best to commit to 100% butterfly style, just like the pros. I probably would have been wiser to play a bit more standup style for a while. The butterfly is so brutal and exhausting on strange little muscles that aren't evolved to be used like the way they are.

That first injury with Hutton makes me really uncomfortable. He fell right on his own leg. That limp he had was horrible. Poor guy. He and Ullmark both had a really rough season that season. I don’t know if Hutton played another NHL game after that before he retired.
The one including Varlamov simply shouldn’t happen. Pretty simple concept in warmup that you don’t shoot high or act like you’re on a penalty shot making dekes... the point is to warmup the goalie not injure them...
Honest question: how have these videos not been taken down due to copyright (especially when you have almost 200k subscribers)? I'm looking to also post clips from the NHL like these but don't want to be guilty of copyright infringement. Can I avoid copyright infringement just by posting the same message that you have in your description about not owning the videos?
