    • @bergmanoswell879
      @bergmanoswell879 ปีที่แล้ว

On the same note, almost any rights violation you can sue for in civil court is also an actual crime - a felony if it involves even the threat of violence and the perpetrator possesses a firearm (18 USC 242, 18 USC 924).
Under existing laws and Supreme Court precedent (US v. Di Re (1948)), a citizen’s arrest for a federal felony is lawful in all purely federal areas and in 48 out kf 50 states - only North Carolina and Georgia forbid them, and in NC you can still detain a suspect for competent aithorities to arrest (which, for federal crimes, is an FBI agent, not local, police).
If you think lawsuits that refuse settlements would tie up courts, wait until police are awaiting trial on felony charges en masse.

People got super pissed about the town not hanging up flags just last year on veteran's day or some holiday; a town nearby, like 15 minutes away in the same county, holds the biggest 4th of July celebration in the state, people pretend to be all patriotic & all that, but a lot of people are actually defending the cops violating his rights, even after seeing the video of it happening, where you absolutely cannot deny it. I love this Middle part where she explains why these are important for those who think in black and white issues to view these encounters. I didn’t want to believe police were actually as bad at their jobs as they actually are. It amazes me how many police were willing to arrest people just because their feelings were hurt.
What stung worse was seeing how judges are ignorant of what the laws actually say. In Texas, a man was attested for not giving ID, but he hadn’t done anything wrong. But politely said no, not until I’m under arrest. The officer immediately arrested him for failure to ID. The Prosecutor took it to bench trial, and the Judge ruled the man was guilty. The man’s attorney immediately appealed the decision, but the municipal judge was upheld. It took the Federal Appeals en banc panel to intervene and determine the man was in his rights to not identify. I can’t remember the case, but the audio of the question is available. The resounding and scathing rebuke they gave resembled someone getting spanked in legal terms. It should have never made it to them, because the man was within his rights under Texas Law 38.02, which clearly says you don’t have to identify except when you’re under arrest, or during a traffic violation stop of the driver of a vehicle. (They purposely left out passengers, because passengers are only detained incidental to a traffic violation. That said, if an officer says get out of the vehicle, you must get out of the vehicle. Don’t question it, just do it immediately. If they place you in handcuffs, don’t resist, for your own safety. If they place you in the back of their police cruiser, don’t resist. He can only incidentally detain you as though you were the car. Once the traffic violation stop is over, he either must charge you and arrest you, or he must let you go. If he does arrest you, the time and place for resistance is with your lawyer before a judge. You’ll get paid for the illegal and unconstitutional acts later.)
Remember folks, always use a dash cam, and your phone to always record every police interaction. Fortunately, I got away with mine because it was recording facedown and the camera pointed at the door stabilized. My aunt got pulled over, and the Highway patrolman asked for her driver’s license, insurance, and registration. The tags were a month past due, so she got a warning and was sent on our way. She took care of it, and got her plates updated for 2 years, then her transmission went out.

Love your broadcasts, they are so inspiring and educational in my politics. The police never thought that their own Surveillance Technology would be Turned on them, as Counter Evidence in the push for Truth and Accountability !
I think the Rodney King assault was the beginning of this activist movement. The "third eye" of tapes dont lie. Way back in 2003, there was an incident of a Toronto policeman (Roy Preston) randomly punched an innocent Black bystander (Said Jama Jama) in a block party brawl, knocking a out a front tooth. Little did the brute constable know that his violent action was caught on a CAMCORDER (remembers those..? ) of another bystander. Since then, everyone's got their phone cameras on speed dial....lol Their power has been subverted / destabilized.

It's frustrating just thinking about how most police officers don't understand that there very job is immoral. Just look up the definition of force when used to describe their job. Most of the criminals these police put in cages don't violate natural law but the cops violate it non stop. They believe that what they do is moral when you know if anyone else does the exact same thing they are a criminal. How long do they think they can be unjust to their fellow man and not experience the consequences of the injustice brought upon peaceful people. Are the jails filled with mostly violent people like those in prison or are most only there to extract tax by force when they didn't break natural law?

Maybe, now that malicious prosecution cases have been made a little easier to bring, we will start seeing "conspiracy to maliciously prosecute" when a DA unquestioningly backs these illegal arrests. If the cops want to play and the DA want to play with them, let them BOTH be brought in front of a judge as co-conspirators in their crimes.

Thanks for covering this in this way. When I first came across auditors, I was less than impressed. However, after watching a few, I was shocked. I realized that these auditors are placing a magnifying glass on police misconduct. The behaviors the auditors catch are shameful and frightening. One has to think " if the police can get so escalated and out of control for these mostly petty situations, how are they behaving towards people in general and those that they encounter in the most dangerous situations". In a word, across the board and country, most seem to be incompetent bully's, and I don't want my children, as they grow into adulthood, to be pray for these predators. Nor do I want anyone, innocent or even guilty, to be subject to the tyrannical atmosphere that the current police forces seem to be allegiant to. Citizens should not have to be in fear of losing their life and/or livelihood due to the capricious and arbitrary nature of essentially, untrained, uneducated and unprincipled blue line gang members.

We the people need to STAND up & DEMAND to VOTE on ending QUALIFIED IMMUNITY NOW!!!!! That's going to be the MAIN way of HOLDING bad cops ACCOUNTABLE!!! Colorado has done it & now if an officer is sued for violating a citizens civil rights, it gets attached to THEIR pension!!!!!

The reason that cops keep violating civil rights is because of the amount of umbrellas above their heads, protecting them from the acid rain of responsibility. You and me? We have one umbrella: the United States Constitution.
    Police officers have:
    1. the Constitution,
    2. the law enforcement bill of rights,
    3. local judges who will illegally ignore the law they break because they have judicial immunity and politically have to work with these cops,
    4. a unionized work force who will walk off of the job if the wrong cop gets fired,
    5. civil liability insurance (a slush fund full of hush money used to shut people up whom police officers have bruised, broken and bloodied in the course of their duties),
    6. the blue wall of silence among police officers and finally,
    7. qualified immunity!!
These 7 protections are what makes road pirates think that they can get away with anything.

Best answer to the question of where are your press credentials, that I have ever heard. Good guy Audits asked the cop where their credentials are to practice their religion. Where are your credentials to practice your speech?! Video named "Cops don’t know law or the first amendment!!!" by Good guy Audits on Jun 19, 2022. I would put a direct link but then my comment would be automatically flagged as spam by TH-cam, as the non-uploader of this video. It's at the 20:33 mark in the original video. Pure Gold!

We are not and never was a democracy, out founders hated democracy they called it mob rule. Raising min wage will cause prices to go up. Those who want min wage raised need to take a basic economy class. I lived through several min wage raised and when they raised it, everything went up in price because companies had to raise prices to pay employees. Free healthcare doesn't exist, it's we the tax payers pay for it. There's a lot I can pick apart. As for corrupt public employees, that's what the 2nd amendment is actually for. The colonies tried peaceful means as well. Those in assumed power will not go in peace. History has proven time and again. We the people need to start arresting these public employees and charge them with treason against our REPUBLIC. read article 4 section 4 of the constitution, it literally describes as to what form of government we are supposed to have.
