I get confused watching his games cause I'm not a chess player, I understand most of it but the last one I watched I didn't get if he won or tied, all of a sudden they shook and reset the board.

I have gone thinking otherwise. This very game is likely somewhat fixed. The kid is off course genius but the opponent looks like not versed with game and only at learning stage. Which stage I don't know. Experts can guess appropriately.

Because both queesn were en pris, and the combination where they are exchanged isn't as good as the line where they are not. The kid got this right!
