Resistance Fall of Man is a science-fiction first-person shooter video game for the PlayStation 3. It was developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game is set in an alternate history 1951, and follows Sergeant Nathan Hale as he and the human resistance forces attempt to drive a mysterious alien-like invasion.

I will never stop wishing for a remake or reboot of this series
Knowing these days they would and it would get butchered lol. I’d only hope it wouldn’t but here to hoping they circle back to this title.

first co-op too. I remember healing folks. now, I'm a warlock main on D2. I liked running healing on remnant 2. Just noticed a pattern.

I know insomniac said they wouldn’t go back to it, but god damn, the memories of summer ‘07 playing this in full co-op mode and online with a friend were peak times.
They need to remaster this on ps5

Totally!!😃🚀🇺🇸remaster the whole series into a collection and make a sequal to it and maybe an animated series. It’s a great sci fi shooter and after playing through all 3 games you feel like you were there fighting for the planet.
The resistance 2 coop mode is one of the best coop modes in gaming history IMO
It was and I'ma a xbot the only game that come close is gow co-op

The Russians were metal af to keep the Chimerans contained for over 10 years.
The chimera if im not mistaken took over russia and secluded themselves until their invasion force was ready

@privatefellow6589 If I had to guess it’s because the chimera weren’t a very large problem at first, it took time for them to grow enough to take down the Russian army.

Probably didn't help most of Russia is in the Arctic and the chimera do best in cold
Resistance and Killzone used to be my favorite FPS in PS3
Killzone 1, 2 and 3 is an amazing trilogy. Played the hell of it online too. Great game. Great times.
To me Blacksite Area 51 and Killzone 1 and 2 are the best fps of their generation no doubt.
Me and my uncle loved playing this game together. He hanged himself in 2020 wish I could go back and play through with him just one more time 😢

I play this game at around 2008-2009 with my nephew. Scary, scream and I miss that moment...
I played this on my brothers PS3, I’ll never forget the gameplay and combat
I wish more people knew about this game, I had it on my ps3 and I played it so much…I was stuck though

This was one of the games I bought before I was even able to track down a PS3 about 3 weeks after launch. After completing it , I played it over again couch co-op with a friend. Great game.

I really got to give you some massive thanks for covering this game, it's got such a great story. Really hope they end up remaking these eventually, this game would slap with the latest gen graphics.

In case you dint know,this entire franchise was develop by Insomniac Games which now we all know is the developer of the famous Marvel spiderman series
This game should be remade completely with today's technology, same goes for the entire trilogy. I can't wait to see the walkthrough of the third one, which was the best one of the three and quite a leap forward in terms of dramatic intensity and technical prowess.

I remember playing this splitscreen with friends back in 07/08 (high) beating the game on every difficulty, then we unlocked the superhuman difficulty which was challenging tho. This game was so dope for real I loved it.

Quake 4, Stroggification, the lone marine who had been turned into “one of them” - same story, but nice graphics though 😊. Shooting mechanics is Gears of War like.

Probably one of my top 10 video game campaigns in terms of shooters. Loved the boots on the ground gritty sci-fi war gameplay. It was basically a sci-fi horror version of Call of Duty (or Medal of Honor). Too bad they abandoned the setting, concept and style by the time Resistance 3 came around. Resistance 3 was just a generic lonewolf shooter.

We need a reboot that all keep the same style from the first game. The 2nd and 3rd were both bad and are what killed the series.
