Respected Sir, Kindly answer following questions-:
1. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to work as Counter PA in Head office?
2. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to be deputed in a Single Hand Delivery Sub office 70KMs away from station office with no experience of counter work?
3. If A probationary Postal assistant has taken a hotel on rent whole time of deputation period in place of deputation, Is it absolutely necessary to stay in that hotel 24-7 hours (Except Office hours of course)? If he has gone to city post office for official work (submitting/printing Daily account) and stayed that night/s in that city only, then does He becomes ineligible to claim TA bill through That hotel Bills?
4. Is it mandatory to live in place of deputation 24 hours (including Sundays/Holidays) during deputation period? If yes, kindly provide departmental rule stating same.
Please provide all above information as it is absolutely necessary for me.

Sir limit of acceptance amount should be revised because from 1964 to 2021 mony value changed,second when we are purchase any property through bank loan should not be required any permission, please share your view in this regard in light of these rules
Permission is required in case of purchasing through bank loan too.
Intimation is required not permission

सर मैं डिफेंस सिविलियन कर्मचारी हूं और मैंने ट्रांसफर के लिए अपने विभाग को फाईल पुट अप किया लेकिन विभाग ने रूल रहते हुए भी मेरा ट्रांसफर फाइल वापस कर दिया । मैने डायरेक्ट पी एम ओ और डी ओ पी टी को ट्रांसफर के लिए लेटर लिखा तो विभाग ने मुझे वार्निंग लेटर विभाग ने से दिया है ।क्या यह न्यायोचित है ? विभाग मुझे वार्निंग दे सकता है ? ये किस रूल में आता है सर कृपया बताएं ।

मेरे खिलाफ FIR दर्ज हुईं थीं। जिसमे में ARREST नही हुआ था। मेरे खिलाफ कोई सबूत नहीं होने पर मुकदमे में Closer report court में दाखिल की गई थी। मैंने अपने विभाग को इसकी सूचना नही दी थी। इसका विवरण किस रुल में है।
