Yes she can only if
1. Her parents are not alive
2. Her income is less than 9000
3. She is divorced not after her parents died.

Thnk u ....but her fathers office said she can't claim family pension as her younger sister is nominee of her father and all the deceased funds already given to her nominee sister as per rule...and no pension is given to anyone..plz guide
