Respected Sir, Kindly answer following questions-:
1. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to work as Counter PA in Head office?
2. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to be deputed in a Single Hand Delivery Sub office 70KMs away from station office with no experience of counter work?
3. If A probationary Postal assistant has taken a hotel on rent whole time of deputation period in place of deputation, Is it absolutely necessary to stay in that hotel 24-7 hours (Except Office hours of course)? If he has gone to city post office for official work (submitting/printing Daily account) and stayed that night/s in that city only, then does He becomes ineligible to claim TA bill through That hotel Bills?
4. Is it mandatory to live in place of deputation 24 hours (including Sundays/Holidays) during deputation period? If yes, kindly provide departmental rule stating same.
Please provide all above information as it is absolutely necessary for me.

Sir, I would like to appreciate you for your endless effort for creating and uploading such valuable videos over youtube for our reference. However, I would also like to express a request for your kind consideration that in respect of some rules/ norms if feasible, please provide some example in form of real time cases, so that any norms that are of complicated, confusing nature and cannot be easily understandable may be understood easily by help of such examples.
For example, if I talk about the line mentioned under Rule 13(4) "Sponsoring of funds by members of service........so on." then in this line I am literally able to understand the meaning of the sentences but not about the implementation of rules.Similarly, there are many norms those academic meaning are known to me being a student pass out from English medium school or Board but their actual sense in terms of regulation is somehow difficult to understand. So, kindly considered over it if agreed by you.
