    Hi C0nti, and Thank You,
    Just discovered your Channel, and,
I'm going to have a great time watching and learning from your easy to follow/understand tutorials.
I've looked briefly at your Channel Content,
and I would have loved to have found a "Page Turn or Page Curl" effect
which is easily used for all 4 Corners of the Frame,
and all 4 Edges of the frame,
The idea being, to use on a multiple images Album, as though your turning the page,
It's for my Family History Project.
I've asked several other Tutorial Videographers if they can do it,
but so far without any takers / results.
Thanks again for helping us mere mortals with DVR.

Is there a way to export this so that I can use in multiple videos as an over lay, or do I need to repeat this process every time?

Cool Video. Subscribed. I may give this a go but I wanted to do create one with particles forming a logo. To do this I may just Reverse the video once completed. Do you know if there's another way to do that? Thanks.

    • @C0ntiChannel
      @C0ntiChannel  4 ปีที่แล้ว

Hi @7th Perspective. Many thanks for your comment. I haven't tried applying the reverse effect using Fusion yet where the particles form the logo but will have a look to see if there is a way to do this. What I would normally do is insert the completed video from my tutorial into a DaVinci Resolve project and place this on my Edit timeline. If you then right-click on the edit of your particle video and choose Change Clip Speed, change the speed to -100 so that the video now ends with the completed logo being formed. Hope that helps. I've subscribed to you too now. All the best.

One thing. Reosition the mic or invest in a pop screen. That would reduce the loud P sounds.

Hi @Styrola. Thank you for the comment. Agreed, the positioning of the mic wasn't the best in some of the previous tutorials and will ensure that this setup is appropriate for future videos.

Cool effect. However, rather than duplicating and fading the image on the edit page, this is what I did: drive.google.com/file/d/1Ba4zW3ZrY2LGScTG6kc3TCjnHrLl6_mM/view?usp=sharing
I created a Background node to set the resolution of the composition (1920 x 1080), and merged the image (the node labelled "LOGO") over the background. Since the image was so large, I used a Transform node to resize it. I dragged a second output from the Transform to the particle node sequence, and then merged the pRender over the output of the first Merge. To control the fading of the original image as the particles flow offscreen, select the Merge1 node and keyframe the Blend value to correspond to the particles.
One note: if you use an image that does not have to be resized, obviously you would not use a Transform node, and then could drag a second output from your image's MediaIn node to the particle nodes. If you do use a Transform like I did here and drag the output of the MediaIn to the particle nodes rather than the output of the Transform node, when Fusion calculates the flow of the particles, it'll do so based on the original size of the image, not the Transformed size, and so you will have them appearing where there is no underlying image is present.
