Canister stove test Colman vs BRS part 2 with TOAKS TITANIUM 900ML

In part one we discovered that the pan affected the boil rate of the stoves. This time we look at a Toaks 900ml pot and compared boil times between the BRS and the peak stove. At the end, we make an aero press coffee with Ouachita coffee roasters Ethiopian origin coffee. come along an join in as we look over the details.

Shouldn't you be digging a ditch or something? LOL. Good job and informative! Metal thickness will also determine heating speed, as well as size. Just a thought.

Scott Wickens I am, rain tomorrow and I sweating away with a pic axe and shovel. The ti cools really quick which I like and the bars stove is small enough to not take up space, so I have gone with that kit. I dearly value my space. Some have tried to get me on a jet boil, but they are two large for me. The expense is large as well.

how many uses to you get with each of the canisters?

Luann Forson, I have never counted them. Guess I could weigh a full canister and then weigh an empty can, subtract to get gas weight and boil a couple of bowls of water and extrapolate the answer 🤔

The canister get just over 3 hrs of burn time from the large canister we used in this experiment. Which ends up being about 45 boils. Not I made a mistake on this second vid. The mark used was 18oz instead of 12oz.

Sterling Lloyd thats no problem, just doing dispersed I like to keep small fire when doing that. Keeps me hidden better 😊
