Toucans are EXTREMELY social birds. They’re one of the few species that are monogamous, in that they pick one mate and it’s for life. They NEED social interaction, to the point that they will become depressed without it, and their physical AND mental health will decline and they’ll die. It layman’s terms: they’re adorably needy and clingy
They can be lethal too.

I wasn't expecting him to actually go under the door to get in. I thought he'd poke his beak in or use his beak to knock on the door until he opened it. That was absolutely adorable.!!!!! Now all I can think is the bird going "surprise.!" After going under the door.
I have a little Yorkie who is like a toddler. I can never go to the bathroom without her. The scales are next to the toilet, she used to stand on the scales silently looking forward until I was ready to leave. Then she worked out what the toilet is for and she pulled a puppy training pad into my bathroom. When I go, she goes. We have to keep putting clean puppy training pads in there every day. I am used to her now and I never thought I would be okay with a toilet buddy.
That bird made me laugh as much as she does. It looks like it took a run up and dived under that door. 🤣

We have the same doors at my house and Dobby tried to squirt under the door but he's a Maxi Pionus and they are called the fat parrot. He loves my sister and follows her every where, especially the bathroom. 🤣

Very Smart slippery toucan, he or she solved a problem.he is a tank, goes right underneath the bottom door gap, it's big enough for the toucan to go right through but that's not going to stop him or her,, safety in numbers,and just checking where your at. Is what the toucan is thinking.
