They have way heavier songs, and iiirc they don't have cooling machines under their costumes. And most of their concerts go for 2-3 hours. Impressive. They played here at the Nippon Budokan, basically the MSG of Japan. The first lady of Japan was at this performance, she's a fan. You can't book your band to play here, they need to invite you. It's traditionally played in the round, since its a sumo arena originally but you can change up the stage setting.

I recommend you Silent Knight Live Version with the late ex bassist Jasmine You. It was my first song of Versailles. They're really unique. I'm amazed every time I watch them.
In addition to regional release differences, like rabid black said, there are also bands who will choose an English song title for what appears to be stylistic reasons. Even independent or unsigned vkei bands usually have more than one song with an English title. There's the whole thing where putting romaji on stuff gives it that certain je ne sais quoi. :P
There are also other reasons for it though. Kamijo, for example, really likes to pun around. God Palace could well be a translation from one of the kanji readings of 'kami jo.' The stage name Kamijo itself is ambiguous, because kami has at least 5 distinct definitions: 'paper' (紙) or 'divine spirit' (神) or 'hair' (髪) or 'seasoning' (加味) or 'above' (上), among others. Romanized names are pretty common too, e.g. MASASHI is how this bassist stylizes his stage name, not まさし, which is one possible hiragana transcription of the kanji his parents named him with, 昌史.
Occasionally, what looks like an English title is an English loanword into Japanese that is now considered part of the Japanese language that the band decided to Romanize for effect. I'm not even sure the band always knows whether or not it's actually a word in English too, because Romanization of completely Japanese song titles happens a lot. I can't say if it holds true for all visual kei lyricists, but it really seems like the ones I've seen enjoy wordplay and include orthography and typographic styles as a part of that wordplay.
I'm sorry to say that I can't answer your question about who mixed and mastered this concert, because I haven't been able to get my hands on a copy of the DVD yet.

Always hate when people recommend Faith and Decision but don't suggest the (in my opinion) way better version of the Holy Grail live performance. If you like them, that live has lots of their greatest songs, especially Masquerade. I'd also suggest the PV Videos for Ascendead Master and Destiny - The Lovers
