love that piece of country... the observatory in Flagstaff is super cool. The big meteor crater east of town is neat too. Winslow is a bit gimmicky, but running fast on route 66 if you have a nice car is fun.
Another one, much appreciated. Stay warm up there in Bend . . . Coy, when was this filmed? What are the normal wintertime temps there? Is it enough warmer there in the winter from Bend, where you could spend winters in Az.?
Hey Steve, thanks! This was filmed In early February. The temps are about the same if not colder than Bend, because the town is at 7000 feet in elevation compared to Bend's 4000. I could stay down in AZ but I choose oregon. Better state. Easier to survive.
Javelinas bother you at night? I know the Sedona trails well ( especially where you were below airport mesa) and encounter them everywhere day hiking. I’ve yet to run across an aggressive one - fortunately. Some of those boars are pretty stout and as you probably know where there’s one the rest of the “family” isn’t too far behind.. Stay safe. Really like the “Peavine” video as well. You’ve clearly done your homework!
Funny you mention it, because I had an entire family of javalina come through my camp in the middle of the ngith and scare the absolute crap out of me. They would have just trampled my bivy if I hadent woken up. Yelling and throwing things at them did absolutely nothing, they are so accustomed to humans.
Drinking a cold beer watching this in Mexico after escaping the crappy U.K. weather. Good stuff Coywolf

I love your videos, dude. Not done this in ages, but have planned to travel from Sac to Seattle, leaving out this Saturday. You've inspired me, man.
Thanks, man! Glad you appreciate the content. I have another one coming up soon. Currently filming it. Get out there and ride! Free your soul!
The Coywolf awesome and most definitely!
