I've noticed that very few companies show how an RV looks with the slide IN. It's usually always out. I think Leisure Travel Vans and Kuhn's Truck and RV are the two of the few that will always show how the RV looks with the slide IN. In this video, I wondered why she 'guestimated' how much space the sofa would take up if the slide was in. Why not just demonstrate it on the video? That could be a huge factor for people in the decision-making process. I think if a feature is mentioned on the video, it should be followed by a demonstration. But for whatever reason, they seldom show how it looks with the slide in.
So the Atlas is great in concept, a B+ (C) coach made with the craftsmanship of an Airstream. BUT in terms of features, it seems pretty lackluster, especially for over $300k. No bunk over the cab? No generator? Barely any solar? Like what's the thinking? Going from campground to campground?
Wow that's beautiful but in the bathroom is the toilet 🚽🪠 porcelain? It also looks like you don't have alot of room it sit? Can you havr someone sit down?
How do they overcome the diesel emission problems that plague Mercedes after 2007? Aren’t all manufactures of diesel RV this size having abundant problems and known for limp mode, dealer only headaches?
STILL A PLASTIC TOILET? You kind of glossed over that. All options checked? Did Airstream check the box for the optional heated steering wheel? I love this RV, but too many terrible reviews online on the Atlas, I'll pass, but thanks for posting.
My husband and I had a 2019 Atlas, it was the worst and last rv we will ever own. Beautiful machine but there wasn’t a day that we owned it that there wasn’t something wrong with it. Some issues so significant that we had to drive it to the factory for repairs, other stuff broke on the way home to Florida. Owned it almost 3 years and were giddy on the day it sold.
I bet this is $300,000(or more) which is $200,000 to much Also, this rig is NOT designed for offgrid/boondocking, because having batteries without a generator to aid in fast charging is a useless RV to me
As far as I know there's an option for a generator. But yeah this E1 pack is just bs. Like there's not enough solar, there's no generator, but now you only have electric cooking surfaces? (Wtf?) Also, for $300k, there should be a washer-dryer combo, a genset STANDARD, at least 600W solar, a bigger inverter, a little "garage" in the back (think Winnebago Ekko or basically any Hymer RV) a bunk over the cab (even if you're not using it for sleeping, it's still good for storage) a larger fridge, etc.
Nice looking rig, but why have such a nice shower and only 20 gallons of fresh water?? Take a shower and then you can’t flush the toilet or wash dishes. And what’s with these one burner cooktops? Apparently they think everybody only wants chili or stew for dinner.
Microwave too high for most people. Pulling food out will have spill accidents and burns. Would not buy. Kitchen too small. Like doing away with propane but vey little outside storage for such a large vehicle
I think it's a beautiful coach. But not for the price. Cut it in half and I'll buy 1. But for over 300K, I can get a house or a manufactured home to live in

exactly right! I've been thinking the same thing
Very nice, but zero prep space in the kitchen is a deal killer :(
$300+K for a depreciating asset (!). Crazy financial flush of money while sleeping two!
if that's the price, I'm going to add another $50,000 or so to get a newmar pusher.
I’m not a fond of the stove/sink area. Why is the induction plate bumped out so far? It narrows that space. Everything else is lovely.
That might be for the slide room bearings.
Beautiful to watch.

Why is the atlas QC so poor? Huge display? I have a bigger display in my Tacoma. Did AS fix the shower floor issue?
Only a single burner?
I wish airstream would do a pottery barn version for this model
Wow that's beautiful but in the bathroom is the toilet 🚽🪠 porcelain? It also looks like you don't have alot of room it sit? Can you havr someone sit down?
That "big guy" in the shower is going to be s.o.l. when it's time to sit on the pot!

Yep
How many times does she say “so”?

Ever since Thor purchased Air Stream their will never be a quality product.
There is the kitchen but where is the table to eat? 🤔
Hello from Greece!!! It's so beautiful!!! In Europe in Greece we have 220v and deferred tv system, how can i use???
Its not like they copied the Leisure Travel Vans
what height is the shower? I am 6'3"
I bet this is $300,000(or more) which is $200,000 to much

$337,800 MSRP. Ridiculous. Airstream is too full of themselves.
No generator but a second alternator for the battery, but it only has a 20 gallon fresh water tank so yeah off grid would be hard

@@whotf888the 2025 model has propane generator listed in their specs
Costs $337,800.00 , Sure, I’ll buy 2 just so I have an extra !

Will the Murphy bed deploy when the slide is in?
yes, but its easier to get to the bathroom & kitchen area when the slide is out
top notch mercedes, i like it a lot
Precio
It's made by Thor Industries.
No thanks.
whats the cargo carrying capacity?
If you have to ask, it’s likely too low.
I'd rather have a single bed and more storage!
Microwave too high for most people. Pulling food out will have spill accidents and burns. Would not buy. Kitchen too small. Like doing away with propane but vey little outside storage for such a large vehicle
I'd still get a generator.
Looks like you stole a floor plan from Unity
This lady is gorgeous
Insane price...must have money to burn for one like this!
I’ll keep my leisure travel van $100k less.:)
What kind do you have? I've been looking for a less expensive one that is of good quality.
LTV’s are absolutely fantastic!!
That toilet is definitely not big guy approved either. Way overpriced considering all the flaws with this RV.
So, and so. So, so, so.
Pricing themselves out of the market.
Way overpriced and Leisure Travel Vans is much cheaper, more options and just built better.
No Class B+ is worth that much money
Mercedes-= deal breaker
Plastic toilet at that price.
"It just looks so expensive" is this really a selling point? What kind of sociopaths are you selling to?
All Airstreams are a rip off!
Way tooooo expensive
i have seen better van life builds that are 1/4 of the price
that kitchen area sucks
Who pays for this shit? For sure not worth it.
Gunshots @5:27 ?😂
You don’t know what hammering sounds like? Man card revoked.
