For anyone who wants recipes. Here is it! (I'll make long form videos with more details soon :DDD)

Salmon Recipe:
Fry your salmon and cook it with this sauce for 5 mins.
Sauce:
1 tbsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
10g honey
5g white wine
2g starch (optional)

Onoki Mushroom Recipe:
Cut off the root of the mushrooms, Spread it on the baking plate and add this sauce on it. Then bake it under 160°C for 20 minutes.
Sauce:
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced fresh chili
2 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
50 ml oil (heat it up and pour over other flavours)
