McLarens, GT3s, R8s, Huracans, etc. But this particular car sounds better than nearly all of them in-person. And when an owner is thoughtful enough to give it the beans for ya, you realize a great-sounding car is more practical than any lap time.

I have been fortunate enough to drive a lot of different Supercars in my life and although the GranTurismo isn’t anything that special in terms of performance, I always found myself excited when I knew I was going to drive one simply because the V8 in this car is one of, if not the best sounding V8’s ever made

Fuel consumption at constant wide open throttle will be terrible on pretty much any car. Pointless trying to check the mpg at full throttle on the Autobahn.

@@martinsimek i understand. But i would choose the zf for both Situations, because it only doesnt have the „emotions“ of the autmated single clutch trans. Therefor you can always program the zf toother mappings like more aggressive and so on. For me the zf is also the clear winner.
@@Semicolonos you can't program different gear ratios. And you cant program drag of torque convertor in building rpm in downshits. And therefore ZF (same as Aisin in Lexus LC500) wont allow you to downshift to 1st at 60kph. With zf you have to be under 30kph and that kills completely joy in driving through hairpins, because long 2nd gear of ZF, in combination with NA engine don't have enough breath to pull you out. Check review of MC Stradale by SCARA73 in every corner he goes down to first and out of corner 2nd and 3rd. With ZF you would stay on 2nd all day long... because it would not allow you go to 1st and at the same time low pull out of the corner would not allow you to even reach engine speed limiter until next corner..... in normal driving this MC shift gearbox is as smooth as ZF. The only situation I do not like it, is the trafic jam.....you only burn money on your clutch and no joy out of it. So in fact citidriving and short wallet are the only 2 reasons playing in favor of zf
The perfect car for cruising the countryside with your family, it's at home thinking about the autobahn and racing not actually doing it. If you buy this to actually travel on the autobahn pretty soon you'd wish you bought an Audi A5 diesel instead.

I would rather have a torque converter automatic gearbox but this one isn't as bad as I thought especially in high speeds.

The MC shift is the one to get if you like driving. If you like riding In cars then the zf is for you. two very different things to consider
