I have to be honest. I did not want to watch this interview because this woman is beautiful and confident and she reflected to me my feminine insecurity in myself. I watched and I’m so glad. What a wonderful woman doing amazing things. Thank you for the reflection and thank you for the interview. It made me realize that I can be just as amazing in my femininity as she is. ❤

I listened to her and couldn't stop crying when she spoke about the feminine energy and how we need the men. ❤️ This was very very powerful!
On another topic, I watch a lot of spiritual content being a born-again Christian follower, I was scared at the beginning that it will shake
My faith, only to realize now that it actually draws me nearer to God. People have such different experiences and only proves how vast and unimaginable mysteries are
In Him. You can only fear that which sits (we keep) in the dark.
    Thanks Danny!

What a wonderful interview! Really love Kelly Brogan's work and can relate to many of her experiences and challenges with the medical system and coming out of it and reclaiming my health and advocating for others. As someone who struggled with PPD following all six pregnancies and major health issues as a result of birth trauma and very little guidance and support from medical professionals, I had to become my own advocate and provider and investigate my own health issues. As a longtime biohacker, it was my return to biohacking that became my path to reclaiming my health and vitality and eventually, my journey back Home through the wisdom of plant medicine and ancestral practices.

From Rameau's 1722 book on harmony:
"However much progress music may have made until our time, it appears that the more sensitive the ear has become to the marvelous effects of this art, the less inquisitive the mind has been about its true principles. One might say that reason has lost its rights, while experience has acquired a certain authority."
He was talking about theory, but I think it applies to performance too.
Its interesting that often its not about logic or rational thinking but where our body and mind puts attention
because even people who use rational thinking choose to be alone etc.

I sent this video to my wife yesterday. And told her to watch it and that it's about making yourself. Happy before you can make anyone else, happy, And she took it as both Partners need to put in the effort to make the relationship work. And not once did I hear that in the video. And I just finished watching it second time. I'm kind of dumbfounded as to how she got that message from this video.

There are so many types of feminism. I don't subscribe to anything radical, or anything that makes men the problem. In fact, I love and adore men. I have so many wonderful men in my family. But I do believe in female activism. It's wildly important for so many women and young girls today. We can't ignore what's happening in other places of the world where women and girls still don't have rights education and opportunities. Many many grey areas here.
