I found a website for making license plate graphics, printed them and laminated them in some business card laminating stuff I found at Walmart. The hard part was getting it to print the size I wanted, but only took me 3 attempts to get it right.
I copied the picture from the DMV custom plate web page and printed it off. But it would be nice to have them as stickers.

The Cali plate on the red car looks too small. It should fill in that back sunken part more. It should be as big (or a bit bigger) than the clear plastic that is covering the plate.
"1/10th scale" is always hard to prove. Especially from one to another
Swedish Plates have a format AAA 000, but don't AAA 0000.
