    Thank you for this.
    Please is it possible to do a lining for chiffon fabric gown with a flair skirt?

    Always a pleasure coming back on here to learn something new.I noticed something with some of your previous tutorials,where you used 2"down around the front sleeve and for the back sleeve you went down by 1/2"before curving the sleeves,any special reason for it?and are these constant with all body types?(i mean even for plus sizes) Thanks for all you do....🙏😊

      Glad to have you back always 🤗 .... So i want to assume you are referring to how i draft my bodice armhole curve right?
      1. From the shoulder come down by 1 inch at the front and half inch at the
      back for shoulder slant
      2. From the armhole/chest line.. go up by 2 inches and come in by 1/2 inch on that 2inch mark and connect the lines
      While for the back i only locate the midpoint of the distance between my shoulder to chestLine and i connect.
      And yes so far ,i use this method for all body types, i have worked with quite a number of plus size and it worked for me ,so it will work for you also.
      You are welcome 🥰

      @@EasySewingwithTAIC thank you!! Exactly, that's what am talking about and also at the shoulder too,cos,i realized you used 1/2", instead of 1"you used for the front shoulder line.I hope am making sense?😁

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes that is because when you look at the human body From the back the shoulder appear raised or higher compared to when you look at the shoulder from the front and it is even more evident in males or people who do body building..

      Also, Always remember to add your half inch sewing allowance to join the front and back at the shoulder like i always do.

    can u do this on Anraka fabric pls

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yes but note that ankara fabric is usually in length 45 while the crepefabric i used is in length 60 .... So depending on your measurement, It will most likely have joining at the lower part of the centre front and back,
      Then i suggest you use atleast 6.5yards.

    Pls how do you get the 6.28 and can I use it to divide any waist circumference

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Waist circumference/ 6.28, is a standard formula for a 360 degree/circle flare and yes you can use it to divide any waist circumference .

    • @torysetliff
      @torysetliff ปีที่แล้ว

      It is a geometry formula: radius=circumference divided by 2pie
      Pie is about 3.14. So, 2pie is 6.28.

    Can I use 3 yard

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on your measurements but 3yards will not suffice for an adult

    u dont show us how u fold which is important

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is due to the table been small to accomodation all the fabric but i did mention it , i folded the whole 5.5 yards of fabric into 4 equal sides

    • @titoalec9829
      @titoalec9829 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good day ma'am, was it folded into four along width side to avoid joining?

    • @EasySewingwithTAIC
      @EasySewingwithTAIC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@titoalec9829 Good day ma'am, To cut any circle flare you have to fold it into four..
      The amount of fabric that you are working with ,will determine if it will have a joining or not.
