In today's tour, we welcome David to The Luxury Home Show! Enjoy a look inside his amazing new listing in Nottingham! 😍Drop David a comment below welcoming him to the channel! Shall we feature more modern family homes in this price range across the UK?? 🏠 p.s. We hope you have a great weekend! ☺
It would drive me mad that someone gave a tour of my house and didn't take off their shoes. Especially after going in the garden and then straight upstairs. Have a little respect
Very well presented, a great house and at a great price (compared to West London). Liked the modern look and luxury elements of the house and garden combined with a handy city centre location. Would definitely be interested in this if I had the money. This house will be worth so much more in the future.
Lovely house cant really fault it .. Just wish there was more garden and not crammed in with other properties . Ya did a good job Dave . Ermmm just one work shoes!!!
That’s gentrification for you. Increases the value of the surrounding houses and more rich people are likely to do the same to other houses in that area. Removing poor people out of it.
Maybe if you're microwaving a food with a strong aroma such as a curry, you can close the door off and not make the whole kitchen/open plan loving area smell
@@Billyb0b557 That's completely useless, the aroma will anyway smells wherever you take the dish in order to eat it no ? I prefer my laundry to not smell anything cooked or heated.
I've never understood why people feel the need to give a tour of a property to prospective buyers. If anything, all they do is either show things we can already see, or distract the buyers from looking at everything properly. "Here we have a large dining room table that can seat six people." Yes, I can already see that...hard to miss...you didn't need to point that out. "Tons of natural light." Yes, I can see that already. "Tiled wall feature." Again, I can see that. Don't need to tell me. "And if we move through here, you can see..." Hang on, I want to spend more time in here to see how it feels, and to try and visual myself living here...shut up! You're distracting me! Wait outside will you? Are there any covenants or restrictions on the property? "Erm, well...I don't really know that, you'd need to speak to your solicitor." No, you're the estate agent/representative...YOU should know this stuff.
I disagree . Prospective buyers like these things pointed out to them if they are not there physically . Not all prospective buyers have the vision or knowledge of the layout or functions of this home . This agent did an excellent job with the presentation
@@jaynay008 No need for a specific knowledge in order to see what is pointed. It's just so obvious ! To me it sounds like they are taking people for idiots 🙄
It depends whether you want to just see the visuals of the house eg open plan kitchen , large principal bedroom etc, or watch and learn more specific information. If the former , you’ll probably equally enjoy just viewing the property particulars on eg Rightmove in the UK . If the latter, like me, you’ll appreciate presentations like these with more specific information about the house . Different strokes for different folks . We can just agree to disagree
Gotta be honest, this guy is as dry as a desert and may as well not be there as he's just describing the things we see right in front of us. It also is beginning to infuriate me whenever I hear a TH-cam property tourer saying "this is one of my favourite rooms/things" about every room or every little thing in a house .. You can't have everything be your favourite...I don't mean to be negative as I'm a long time viewer from the days of you only having 4 or 5 videos on the channel, but these types now just come off as desperate ads being sold to estate agents wanting to sell their homes.
Enjoyed the vid and David did a great job presenting. As for the house looks to have some lovely finishes, but from the drone shots looks to be a remodelled 1970’s house which doesn’t look in keeping with the surrounding properties.

Excellent presentation, David. Smooth, informative and perfectly highlighting interesting features .👏👏

Great value
Thanks & Love UK
can you please mention which video showing garage at blopers, which one?
Beautiful house but its feels a little crowded in
Here we have my comment.
Very nice
This house is located in a low value area and is surrounded by low grade properties yet they asking for £1 Mill.....Fantasy land

Couldn’t agree more. The house is cramped around houses
I'm. In love with this property is it still available...
That's a really nice home. I particularly like the indoor/outdoor entertaining.
No built in wardrobes for 3 of the bedrooms that I could see. Seems strange for a new house
What’s the obsession with built storage from everyone nowadays, I’d rather be able to buy my own wardrobes and storage.
@@mazemade2980 no one has the time for that anymore🤣
Rumah ya keren ❤
Attractive property but seems to be shoehorned into the estate. Personally not a fan of sloping ceilings with reduced head height in the bedrooms
Is it in a council estate
Nice house but would want a bigger garden and not being so over looked
Such a beautiful house. May I know the location?
Nottingham City Centre!
@@davidraffan-gj8qcThat's a shame.
Nice home, however as an American. I can't understand why a house so updated doesn't have walk in closets, and central heating and air
£1 million?! In the South that would be easily £4 million... :(
Love it David, great tour!! 🔥
Awesome ❤❤❤❤
Only £1m😮
What's the point of having a microwave in the laundry room ? Do they eat in there ? 😅

It's to dry your kecks in a hurry.
Welcome David. Was a pleasure watching you present today’s listing. Best of luck for the future 💌
David you did a nice job presenting the home and yes I want to see more modern houses!
Not enough space for the price…
Really? I mean you'd get a 2 bed apartment in London for a mil
@@a.k1102 okay but this Nottingham not London
wow
Where's Jas?
Locked in the wardrobe 😅

What an awful entrance to the family room. The door literally opens on a sofa in the smallest corner of the room
Nice
£1M ffs?

Looks like there are a few nicer looking buildings just up from there, but yeah looks abit weird next to the other houses
Not a fan, but kudos to the owners for making their dream.
Atleast take your shoes off inside!
