Probably cuz to an extent she still views Owen as part of her pack and wants to be close to someone she trusts but understands that he prefers to be alone with Claire and Maisie. Maisie is the newest member and the youngest. Blue knew Claire from the first movie so no need to establish where she fits in. The pecking order had to be established at some point but I think Maisie earned her points when she connected with Beta at the end of the movie
New members need to know the pecking order of things. As babies (as Maisie was in Blue's eyes in Fallen Kingdom), Maisie was at the bottom, but now that she's "sub-adult" (teenager) she could easily change the balance of the pack. Delta tried to do that several times, but Owen, as Alpha, had to "put her in her place." That's all that Blue's doing. Even if Maisie has a higher rank within Owen's pack, she must respect that she has no rank within Blue's and Blue will harm/kill her if she tried to take what's Blue's (aka Beta). Owen showing up and "dominating" Maisie (ordering her around) show that he's still the Alpha, but he respects that Blue is her own Alpha and won't take Beta away from her. But Maise is his and is willing to do what Blue would do to protect what's his. Respect is the key to a harmonious existence between Alphas in the same territory after all. "What's mine is mine, and what's yours is yours."
You have a good point there but what if Maisie showed her fear and ran for it in the house? I think Blue would see her as the very bottom of the pack. Maisie did say she was scared and fear can cause a attack.
She was trying to alleviate her guilt for her part in what happened to Jurrassic World, which is understandable. She was very much cold and indifferent to the dinosaurs, unlike Owen. She didn't see them as living creatures, just assets. After seeing the suffering of a dying Apatosaurus, she realized how heartless she was and that's why she wanted to save the dinosaurs from the volcano. She just wasn't ready for a romantic relationship until she did something to save those she once regarded so coldly.
For a movie that merchandises so heavily on Blue and her baby (referring to all those Blue and baby toy figurines and their models displayed at the theatres), these two dinosaurs barely show up in the movie.
Indominus Rex, Scorpios Rex, and Indoraptor: Well, well, well, what have we here? Beta, huh?!Ooh, we’re really scared! So you're the one blue's talkin' about? Ha, ha, ha, ha!
Fun fact: blue and beta’s only actual contribution to the movie is to sell toys and get people to look at the funny dinosaurs instead of the fast and furious plot
It's cute that both Owen and Blue went straight to overprotective mode when their kids met and when they got kidnapped together. The similarities.

Is Awesone Blue and Beta !
Yes!
0:40
Blue:Who are you and who said you can talk my child
Beta:Mom her name is Maisie she was just trying to be nice
Blue:Not now Beta

Owen Grady acting like a great father just to protect his daughter Maisy ❤❤ 1:15
Blue having a baby would basically make Owen a grandfather
Damn after SEVEN YEARS AFTER THE INDOMINUS REX GOT K.O Blue still remembers owen
Why wouldn't she remember him? He raised her and her sisters.
bruh, i think you forgot the time she empaled the indoraptor, in 2018
Owen with his almighty hand always.
That baby raptor is so cute i cannot
Baby blue is cuter than baby beta ngl
Really?
It feels so good finaly see Owen and claire live together like a couple idk why it dint happen year ago😢
Reminds me of all those people who insist their pitbulls are safe. Just hold out your hand to stop them!
What happened to the numbers you used to put like 10/10?
Same here. Guess they stopped doing those
@Nicolas What?
It's a different channel.
I loved this movie when I saw it this summer with my parents!
For a movie that merchandises so heavily on Blue and her baby (referring to all those Blue and baby toy figurines and their models displayed at the theatres), these two dinosaurs barely show up in the movie.
Beta is so cute
Mothers worst nightmares
Yes 😪
0:21 Beta: What you got there ?
The message Owen is showing Blue: "I know that's your baby, but this is MY baby. Back off."
I Like That Movie 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
Indominus Rex, Scorpios Rex, and Indoraptor: Well, well, well, what have we here? Beta, huh?!Ooh, we’re really scared! So you're the one blue's talkin' about? Ha, ha, ha, ha!
I'd like to think if Malcom heard these guys kidnapped Blue's baby, he'd be like "Oh, I know how this story ends..."
Chris' face always works
"Hey, can you guest what day it is? It's CHEWZDAY!" Probably what she wanted to say.
At 00:58 Beta bark sooooooooooooooo cute
Ikr it's so so cutee
0:51 Masie: She had a baby that’s Impossible
Blue: DO NOT SAY THAT
Owen: Oh, she did, in some funny sorta way.
Blue: That’s Right.
She reproduced asexually :) It's called parthenogenesis.
Exactly! Maisie is annoying af
Can't help but wonder - did the fox that Blue hunted, leave any kids behind?
My favourite new film ever
That’s Beta the daughter of velociraptor she’s blue’s daughter And her mother to protect her from danger

0:38 is when I appear out of the bushes, I’m protective of my baby, I’m not being mean to them I’m overprotective of Beta
Maisie: Wanna try it?
Beta: Yea
Maisie: Okay *feed Beta*
Beta: *hears her Mother* Mommy
Blue: Did you Feed my Child TROST!?!
Maisie: 😱
That’s a blue velociraptor’s daughter
“You can’t keep here you’re not my mother “ is crazy
I always talked as a princess at all dinosaur
I don’t know what I’d do if I saw a baby raptor and a second after boom, the mother is there
😮😮😮 Mother Blue With Baby
CLOSE DOOR IN THE HOUSE!!!!!
Fun fact: blue and beta’s only actual contribution to the movie is to sell toys and get people to look at the funny dinosaurs instead of the fast and furious plot
How'd this happen o.o? Baby blue/Blue Lite is adorable.
We’ll when comes to parental behavior of carnivore’s blue see anyone or anything as a potential threat to her baby
This film had a very similar story to Taken (2008) if you think about it.
But the dino locusts fcuked it up
0:52 1993 raptor sound
at the first time I saw this I couldn't believe this was the actual CGI of the movie
God the special effects in this movie blow
Only cross pat hand signal works 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Congratulations Blue
I’m not trying to attack them, or scare them. I’m just a protective mother to Beta.
Hi mom
Hello blue
