@1:06 I love how they all start kicking doors in and then the Black cop politely knocks😂😂😂
😂😂 Happens in real life more than you know.
i know its a show but i dont think they can just do that they would still need a reason other then it just the building

"WHERE DID THE SHOT COME FROM!?" As she walks out in the open.
As a neurosurgeon, I can tell you that any shot with a high caliber in the "triangle region" of the face would sever the brain stem and cause the victim to die before they hit the ground. In this scene, the female cop was shot in the forehead, which means that she was hit in the brain, meaning she wouldn't have died as quickly as a brain stem entry wound.
I don't think you need to be a neurosurgeon to know that being shot in the head is instantly fatal but thanks for the professional testimony lol
At least she didn't feel that

I thought they were referencing how JFK was shot and killed in Dallas, in a similar way to these officers. It was a pretty famous day in American history, about equal to Pearl Harbor and 9/11.
Back in the good days. Crew still had everyone and nobody dead

One of my favorite shows on television. They ride that line sometimes, but that's what makes it real.
For me as an 80 year old Australian man who enjoys crime and action movies and shows I have to say that Chicago PD is the very best of them all and is totally believable. Here in Australia I have only seen up to series 4 and can't seem to find where to continue.

Chicago PD has to be the Best TV show on Network Television. I am a former law enforcer who retired recently and I would have loved to be a part of the unit. They are all off the chain in their performance and it is so realistic. I am hook, hook and hook.
Quite a compliment
I don’t really care for the lead actor. He is no Stabler from SVU.
@@RLucas3000I don’t think anyone can match the level of an actor from the Law and Order universe. Stabler, Cragen, Briscoe, and McCoy’s actors were (actually, is for Stabler’s actor because of OC) amazing at their roles. No other show could come close to the level of the Law and Order franchise.

@@AbdullahCharles-xd2tj Read this video's description.
This episode reminded me of "Third Watch" episode "A hero's rest" where there was a cop killer on a bike shooting cops.
When i tell you I MISS THIS! I truly mean that....the gunfights, the brutality, Hank being Hank, and THE cage. Seasons 5 til now have been nothing compared to season 1-4.
Nah, season 5 was excellent as well, and season 6 too. The final of season six was brilliant. and then the Infection crossover episodes at the start of season 7 were great as well. It went downhill after the start of season 7. Then, they started to change the characters and the storylines became weaker because they forced the police reform theme into the show, they crumbled under public pressure because there was the whole Floyd mess going on in the country back then, and the public openly started to call out cop TV shows for showing brutality, and of course, Chicago PD was famous for it, and so the showrunners/producers and the writers crumbled under the pressure and toned down the whole show, and that was a mistake. They ruined many characters in the process and storylines.
@CatoNumbla you and I remember very different season 5s. Sophia Bush left. It left a void in the writer's ability to tell stories. It was extremely evident in their actions of - they gave basically an episode to a character attempting to build character depth to Atwater, Rusek, and Burgess. It failes in my opinion because those 3 had to act and they can ensemble act but they cant carry an episode. Agreed however on the police reform turn. It was the death of the show. It use to be at 10pm everything stopped and i was in front of the tv. Nowadays, i just watch it whenever.
Love the videos man keep up the work
Bro the way the bullet went threw her forehead wtf
The fact that she was dead before she hit the ground. Truly horrifying.

At 77 y/o, I must say, " Chicago PD " is the best, fastest, & at times, most gut-wrenching network TV series I have ever seen. I have all 10 seasons, on DVD , & Season 10, is the very best of them all ! Well, that terrible villain from seasons 2 & 3 also qualifies ; whoever that actor is, he was really creepy . Great, great, series ! ---------------MJL< 77 y/o
really enjoyed your story, i think it’s interesting how media can attract people from all different times and walks of life. your descriptions are also very accurate, i love this show too haha! - a 22 y/o
God, I miss this, I miss the old Chicago PD !! With the old, original team, I miss the old Halstead who was badass and had a sarcastic sense of humor like here, and when all the characters were more badass and the action scenes were way, way better! The old is gold! The best seasons of this show will always be seasons 1-6, and then the Infection crossover episodes at the start of season 7, after that, it all went downhill. My favorite characters will always be the original Hank (nowadays Hank is way too bland), Olinsky, Halstead from seasons 1-6 plus the start of season 7, and Mouse.
Erin too, she brought character
Kindly let me know where you're watching from?❤️
This episode made me watch the series
The killer had the same motivation as the shooter in the 2016 ambush of Dallas police officers
"Do it or we will light you up" - Jay Halstead
What I love about this show is how accurate this is. Especially about how much police presence there are
I'm surprised voight showed up last instead of first
Damn, I didn't know the Merc's announcer from BO2 was a police officer. Small world, playing both sides.
I miss Olinsky so much. He was like John Munch in SVU, but more brutal, I still remember the episode where he killed a guy cold blood with a shotgun.
I don’t see the similarities
The two who were shot were practically just out of school...
WHY did this guy do this? ;_;
Because he hates police officers
Dr. Charles, from Chicago Med, said that he was mentally ill.
Cops ruin everything they touch.
And I read that he was a former police officer too, so that's why he knew how to lure them to his kill zone and ways to escape
Cops earn the hate. Period.
In the opening scene, none on the responding Offices had a rifle?
The fact that something like this can happen to police officers in real life is horrible as it is terrifying.
The zombie apocalypse
It ha happened. Dallas Texas
The fact it does. Happen.
It's a good thing keep pigs accountable these things rise alongside police brutality cases cops got real clean in Minnesota after George Floyd riots and a few hunters . It's a system of balances
The fact that it happens to anyone Is already horrifying
4:36 Brian Luce doing some acting here 😊
guy wanted to kill as many cops as possible. but also showed he didnt want to be caught. his anger showed he was hoping to get away with it
He had an endgame
Surprised no body is talking about that chef of police voice bro sounds exactly like the bo2 operator that talks to your team before missions
That old guy has to be the FBI announcer from black ops 2
Everyone that watched chicago pd knows that when someone says get them in the cage it's about to go down
5:20 I flinched so hard
❤Chicago PD Has To Come Back Thats Talent Excellence ❤️
I love all the Chicago PD episodes❤❤❤
“Do it or we will light you up” 😂
If I remember this episode correctly, this guy was not the shooter…
Shooter was a son of a former cop with a cop/military training.
Kindly let me know where you're watching from?❤️
Yes correct, he’s the decoy. The suspect knew he would get tracked down. So he decided to play so stupid games
So are we suppose to believe the killer just suddenly became a storm trooper at shooting after 2 prefect shots.. ok
The killer was trained
Look up "Suppressive Fire" sometime.
It's a cheesy cop show that's more of a lame romance drama and it doesn't do either well so expect plenty of plot holes and boot licking
He fired two perfect shots out of cover, unknown to the victim and against not moving targets. After that he came under fire, so of course his aim was off
Voight should have his own horror movie
9:16 that's a lot of guns and ammo
My fave character with the sports car hat.
I love cop shows where none of the officers in the city seem to have patrol rifles and the only guys who show up with them is always swat teams 🤣🤣🤣
This show is brutal, but with humanity.
Nothing compared to True detective or Shield
the guy who knocked on the door instead of busting it down is a chad
Great show and cast!!
Funny how snipers often leave spent cartridges behind, that can potentially be traced back to them. The “sniper’s nest” in the Texas School Book Depository especially comes to mind (today is the 60th anniversary of the JFK assassination).
Mark of an amateur. Real snipers police their brass for just that reason.
They clearly never watched red vs blue when Grif saves Sarge by getting him CPR after he got shot in the head.

5:41 it was a very sad scene but the gunshot lowkey sounded like music
This was a freaky episode, like if you think of if you were a cop, (which some of their audience may be law enforcement) and to think of that ever happening 😳
wth you talking about? It DID happen, here in Dallas Texas 7-7-16 11 Cops shot, 5 killed 4 Dallas Police Officers and 1 Dallas Area Rapid Transit Police Officer. The Dallas Police Ambush. Anytime you say 7-7 everyone knows what you are talking about. Every year there is a ceremony. There is a plaque outside DPD Headquarters
Missed this episode when it showed. What was the perp's motives?
TV is hilarious.
Cops know they are being targeted and walk themselves into an ambush, with comms jammed AND they are in a corridor blocked on both sides. If the shooter would have been smarter here he'd have rigged that car...cops are lucky in this case that he didn't.
Bro literally saying hold on when she got shot clean in the head
8:00 that voice omg the Target Practice omg
Oh yeah if this wasnt a tv pg show the f bomb definitely would of been drop

A suggestion for Voight and all the "Intelligence" team. When the team is within say 20 feet or so, from an UNSUSPECTING! perp, and can easily just walk right up to the perp and arrest him quietly without much ado or fanfare, maybe, just maybe, how about trying that instead of yelling and identifying ... STOP!!! ... CHICAGO PD!!! ... and of course the perp now knows to run with officers chasing and often losing them? ... Dick Wolf's chase strategy works somehow, but it is a bit embarrassing to label the unit as "Intelligence"!

The fact that when a cop gets shot they get the swat team. But when a civilian gets shot a singular cop car shows up?
These cops weren’t just shot. They were executed. The shooter got them from a distance. Wasn’t seen
Why does he look almost exactly like one of my middle school teachers?
Spoiler alert:
The shooter was a mentally ill kid whose late father was a cop & who was a former police academy cadet. He blamed the entire law enforcement for the death of his father
