Y'all didn't think I would stop at just the base ECU flash, right? After more time tinkering with the new 2020 BMW S1000RR, BrenTuning has released their Stage 1 flash for the bike, which improves on the already great Stage M+ flash that they offer to get rid of the HORRENDOUS stock restrictions from the factory. Bren tuning is worth every penny. Have stage 3 flash on my '13 and it's awesome. Once they offered a flash compatable with a pc5 and autotune I figured it was time to get it. It's like having a new bike.
This bike accelerates to 120mph faster than my bike going to 120kmh.

So this is stage 1 with factory exhaust do you have to buy another flash when you do the exhaust?

Does it go past the 186mph top speed limiter now with the flash? I used to have s1000rr but my Ducati speedometer shuts off and goes blank at 186mph. Does the flash allow a higher top speed?

I'm confused. How come you're flashing the ECU for stock exhaust? Aren't you installing the new exhaust soon? Will it need flashing again with the new exhaust?

They simply set the minimum throttle position a bit higher. So the engine breaking is the same really, but now it just keeps adding a bit of fuel. That also make the motorcycle feel less jerky. Off course, on a racetrack such a map would be useless as you would need full engine braking to assist the discs. M package is fully focused on aggressive riding (for on the track)

i’ve been researching liter bikes for about two months. at first i was sure it would be the H2, but the S1000 rr changed my mind. Hey Moto, I noticed you didn’t leave the throttle while the upshifts without the clutch. I’ve been quick shifting for about a year now but I always leave my throttle and the shift the gears up as quick as possible. Can you tell why you do so and what would it affect my bike if I follow the same. Love from India - Mayank.
Mayank Badole he’s using a quick shifter. You can bang on the shifter without letting go of the throttle.

I think the less engine braking is supposed to be better for the bike. I wouldnt be going that fast with the oem plate holder.

i think in california its legal.... i dont know about texas though
artur0123 it is legal in California, and recently became partially legal in Utah. But I never saw anything about Texas so I wasn’t sure
@@thomasallgaier1184 only filtering at lights is legal in utah and it has specific requirements on what roads it's legal on. 2 lanes one way, speed limit below 50 and the traffic has to be stopped to filter to the front and have to be going like 15 mph when filtering. It's a start but we aren't to splitting yet

Cool vid. Also,lane splitting should be the law in Texas, but its still illegal. Thats why ppl honk. I had some turd honk at me because I shuffled through a lane while ppl were at a stop at a traffic light.
