In this video, we finally got an exhaust system put on the bike! Back when the new gen R1 was released in 2015 I saw a video of an Austin Racing exhaust on the bike that blew me away. I started watching every AR video I could find and new that one day I needed to have one of their exhausts on a bike. Raw looks, chest ripping sound, and performance to back it up. After getting my 2020 S1000RR, I reached out and they were eager to partner with me on the build. Once developement finished, they sent out the first produced full system, a GP1R with black silencer and inconel headers. Check out the vid for the full install and sound comparison!

Once you have ridden it for about 6 months and you have some hearing loss it sounds even better and the headaches will stop. Speaking from experience.... Love Austin Racing on my '13 bmw s1000rr.

Just noticed you didn’t have the little springs from your headers let alone the mounting locations. Lucky😂 I didn’t even think I needed to put springs on mine because the flange mounts held the pipe to the block but I did it anyway and it was a PITA.

Inconel is some hard material to work with. I just put a Yoshimura on my bike, and these videos DO NOT do any justice to the sound. These exhausts are a lot louder in person than in these videos. Congratulations dude. You have a beautiful bike but was sitting on some bullshit with that stock exhaust. Now it's complete. Well as far as the sound goes.
You should put on these Rizoma Stealth Mirrors BMW S1000RR 2019-2021 they make that bike look so much better!!!

Great video man!! I totally agree that your stock exhaust had to go! That thing has restriction written all over it. With a more open exhaust system with a better head pipes and an ECM tune will have that thing screaming!
I was gonna have the ahop put my sc project slip on my Daytona 675, but after watching you, im sure i can install a slipon.
675 pilot dude it’s super easy. If you are not sure, just get a friend and a six pack and it will go on no problem.
The 675r is very easy for the slipon. Did mine in a about an HR and half

Thanks for the vid. I have an S1K as well with a full Akra exhaust. However im not in love with the tone. It sounds good, some even say epic, but its not my preference....i guess the best way is to come watch videos and listen to friends' bikes, til i find what i want. Suggestions?

Well done great job,the only thing I notice is that when you install the silencer in the rear pipe holding bracket you place it from the out side...I thing it should go from the inside side like the stock one...keep the good work

I saw his video of riding and he is the only one youtuber who goes 100km per hour on s1000. Everytime i saw his video his speed limit is 70-80km per hour.

Great video...have seen the 650ib but your installation process was more detailed.... Really loved the sound of the Akrapovich short gp full system titanium exhaust on 650 ib 2020rr but, your motorcycle sounds great as well..... Can u please tell me how much is costed you in US DOLLARS? ONLINE IT SHOWS 2000BRITISH POUNDS... The akrapovich is 1400usd full system titanium exhaust short gp....

Yeah see I think those small cans look great BUT they are too loud for everyday street use...not to mention a lot of tracks have DB noise restrictions so if you roll up with one of these you could literally get black flagged and not be able to even ride it on the track. Looks awesome though and it does sound sick af :)
Maybe that's just a Cali thing lol. Never ran into noise restrictions here in Texas and I'm pretty sure my R1+Toce was louder, now that I've ridden this thing for a couple days. Also, I know for sure COTA doesn't have restrictions and that's the only one that matters lol

As the flash disables the check engine light for the servo motor did you bother reinstalling it or just leave the connector free. Did you tape it up or something else to protect it.
