नेताओं ने मकान मालिकों के हक मे कानून ही नहीं बनाया किरायेदारो के हक़ मे बनाये वोट बैंक के लिए मकान मालिक एक जुट नहीं होते जबकि किरायेदार किसी भी जगह रह रहे हो एक हो जाते हैं आज मकां मालिकों को एकजुट हो कर नेताओं को घेरना चाहिए अपने हक़ की आवाज़ उठानी चाहिए।

नही ,ये पुलिस कौ देना चाहिये court ने कौइ भी मालक कम्प्लेंट करे की मकान खाली करवाना है ,तो पुलिस की पहली जिम्मेदारी हो की उसको खाली करे नही तो पुलिस पर कार्यवाही हो।
कब्जा करने वाला किराएदार तो चाहता ही है कि मकान मालिक उस पर केस कर दे और कोर्ट कचहरी के चक्कर में 10 से 12 साल का समय लग जाए और मकान मालिक उससे कंप्रोमाइज करें

मान लीजिए मकान मालिक की जगह सरकारी मकान जो अपने कर्मचारी को मकान उपलब्ध करता है और उससे किराये के रूप मे धनराशि वसूल करता रहता है किरायेदार (कर्मचारी)खाली न करे /कब्जा बनाये रहता है तो क्या उसे भी माननीय जी किरायेदार को जैसा की आम पब्लिक के हुक्म देते है तो इन किरायेदार (कर्मचारी ) के पक्ष मे भी ऐसा ही हुक्म क्यो नही देते। सिर्फ आम पब्लिक के मकान पर ही अपने मन माने नियम पारित होते है।अगर आम पब्लिक के मकान पर कब्जा बनाये रखने व मुआवजा की व्यवस्था कराते है तो इसी प्रकार सरकारी मकान मे रह रहे ,क्या उन्हे भी इस तरह की व्यवस्था क्यो नही। सारे नियम कानून आम पब्लिक के लिए ही क्यो।

You are misguiding . You are not coherent. What about terms and conditions in the rent contract. What is defined relationship, what is unauthorised occupation, what is termination of tenancy. What is the determination of tenancy or lease . What is notice under section 106 of TP act . First get yourself properly informed and get coherent. Plz do not spread rumour and false hood.
