Make it six lakhs at least .There is no other way to survive Your beneficiaries are caste wise and to the farmers only . Apart from govt, these people are also sandwiching us .We are also having responsibilities and expenses for which we want to sell our land for good amount Let the govt takes it. But money should be given first. Then only transaction .Other wise govt will not give.How many contractors committed suicide by the cleverness of the govt ? so we are cautious..
Sir if someone give aibe 19 exam , without enrollment in state bar , and waiting for their final year college result, so it's mandatory to enrollment on state bar before aibe 19 result will be announce ? Please reply as soon as possible

Agreement to Sale is different thing, this will not create any right between parties. Once Sale Deed is made, it is lawful & stamp duty is mandatory for it.
