Disruption (too often confused or intermingled with a delay claim) is notoriously difficult to establish. While it can be crystal clear t site team that works are not progressing efficiently based on the original planning but proving that a disruptive event (or events) has caused a loss and quantifying that loss can be challenging. In this video conference, we will take you through the general principle of disruption and to distinguish from delay, causes of disruption, establishing the causation and what records required to demonstrate the disruption. Thereafter, we will move on to the quantification the disruption claims using "measured mile" will be followed bu demonstrating the disruption using System Dynamics.
