Putting a max. limit on Liquidated Damages is part of FIDIC contract, so it is usual in FIDIC as opposed to what the speaker says.
Liquidity damages have a capped provision in many countries. India follows one as per CPWD contract form where LDs are capped at 10%

Not sure why this showed up on an LARE section 1 study prep playlist if this has to do with UK laws. This is not relevant to US Landscape Architecture.
