Not "this character is dumb" for Millia. From what I can tell, Millia can normal-cancel her air dashes and her j.K hitbox may have been increased. I want to see her full changes though 'cause it really took the whole TH-cam council to dissect her gameplay and figure out what exactly changed.
The "Character is dumb" definitely came from a salty place. Lots of characters and lots of changes still to see for sure. We only got to see the good things ASW thinks we'll like.
For zato- they nerfed him so command grab doesn’t guarantee Eddie back, they just reverted it. Also he could always go into command grab from wild assault

The Asuka change basically allows that super to not only draw spells but change his test cases too.
