    On 7:13-7:26, I definitely agree that feeling and looking like a martial artist is good and can help training through boosting motivation.

    Train outside with a good teacher. I used to do 6-9 in minus 20 to 35 degrees. However, do get mosquito repellent and then ointments and creams for dealing with tired bodies and injuries. Hot baths too. Tiger Balm!! Ice pack. For cuts get the jingwanhong.

    At first I thought you were joking, this is kind of my jam after decades of paying to be a member of different martial arts clubs I thought I kinda know how to do a front kick, I kinda know how to do a jab, I kinda know how to do a scarf hold and a bent arm lock. Why don't I save some money and train very specifically the things I enjoy doing in the way I enjoy doing them. Good video over time you can come up with even more methods and training devices.

    Couldn't find any info on your martial arts background or location on your site...hint hint please. I've been KAJUKENBO Chuan Fa with a hint of Tum Pai since 1992. Been looking for someone who has KAJUKENBO'D IBJJ ideally 10th Planet. Did you.incorporate IBJJ into your style and more importantly did you weave KAJUKENBO into it?

      My BJJ training is 2 years in a Rigan Machado school and then another year with Gracie Humaita. I used to train with a lot of 10th planet folks but it was never really my thing.

      @@CombatSelfDefenseAwesome background every drawer in your Martial Arts toolbox is pretty full! I just love the whole no gi philosophy. I hate the idea of asking how do I do this on the street or in the ring without a gi and the answer always was you'll figure it out. Love the submissions and elbows from the bottom. Almost like they KAJUKENBO"D IBJJ but needs more attacking the muscles, more elbows and knees on the ground as your grappling to force submissions or pain is a great distraction.

      I hear where you’re coming from, but I do think there’s value in studying gi jiu-jitsu because just people don’t often walk around completely naked and, depending on where you live, they could be wearing a jacket you can use for leverage.
      You should watch my interview with Gabby Bella on the subject.

      @CombatSelfDefense  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Cobra Kai (the martial art used by Johnny Lawrence, Kreese, and their students) is based on Tang Soo Do.
      Miyagi-do is based on Goju-ryu and Shito-ryu.
      Hope that helps!
