This channel deserves a lot more attention just based on the quality and quantity of the videos. Not to forget all the amazing looking food that is being made.
i totally agree!! Love this guy
I've been cooking for over 17 years and I have my favorite chefs I learn from to stay sharp... But brother you have the most straight to the point yet informative crisp clean professional videos I have ever seen... You could EASILY turn this into a educational program for profit... If I had 4 thumbs... They would all be up... Now I have to find your location and come see you. Excellent bro. Makes me want to get up and cook right now. Much love from Orlando Florida
Absolutely love this recipe. Chef Tom is an absolute treasure of a find for me and my family.
Thanks for watching! We appreciate it.
Very few things bring as much joy than cooking for people who appreciate food. Thank you for this great recipe!
Thank you for watching!
That is a great tip about the "run your spoon thru it and if it closes slowly it's ready" awesome!! Great job brother!!
Thank you, and thanks for watching.
I was fortunate to be at the Burger Bash and taste this burger. It tasted better than it looks in the video. Looking forward to taking a crack at it soon at home.
You should be on television, you have a great delivery and pleasant demeanor, oh yeah, the food kicks too!
Glad i found you 🙏🏻 fantastic! Thanks from Rome Italy
Chef Tom killing it
I love all your recipes. Greetings from snowy Germany. I cooked your belly burnt ends on my gasgrill in the snow yesterday and in loved it.
These burgers look absolutely amazing! You're a legend Chef Tom
I make a red union chutney for my burger and a sauce made from yoghurtmayo with smoked paprika (sweet). Arugula and tomato, a wagyu burger with aged Dutch farmers cheese, thinly sliceso it melts fast and perfectly around the burger, and crispy baced prosciutto. Made it again yesterday after a long time (I couldn't eat normal food for a while because I had 2 molars removed.). Man I enjoyed it sooooooo much. That bacon union chutney looks very delicious as well
I am literally drooling right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Been watching Chef Tom for a few years...
i don't know how you guys don't have a million subscribers yet!? this is one of my fav cooking channels!
We'd love more... but we're happy with each of the people who subscribe now!
Chef Tom, what an amazing burger! Guy fist bumped approved, too!!!

Chef Tom is the man, Guy on the other hand is a Tool
Chef Tom and ATBBQ crushing it once again!
Chef Tom in this biiiiiihhhhh. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Watching this while I’m pregnant and I’ve never craved anything more in my life. Genius burger that I’m sure tastes like a million bucks.
mayatopanga 😘
😘
@mayatopanga i’m sure you taste like a million bucks 😘
One thing I would like from you Chief Tom, is that you explain how the type of rub or seasoning you use, is in taste. Just a brand name doesn't say so much for all of us that lives outside the US. Just a quick description if it's a spicy, earth flavor or pepper aso, that would be very helpful so we can get a similar taste to our food. As always, a awesome recipe!
You tasting at the end kills me every time. It all looks sooooo good
You are the best bbq chef on TH-cam. I feel like with your relatively small following that I have found a needle in the haystack! Keep it up and thank you for all of the delicious recipes
Bruh you are the MVP. I have to try this.
You got me. I am drooling. The havarti is the clincher!!!!!
Chef, I made this last night and it was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Thanks so much for this recipe!
Love your channel. Definitely trying this jam soon. Got me a 36" flat top griddle and I'm addicted to it. I think adding a fried egg on that burger and it would be burger perfection.
...and hey, lets be good to one another.
the bacon jam topping on one hell of an amazing channel.
your philosophy is as great as your food, sir!
made this tonight, added a little bourbon and hot sauce to it, it came out AMAZING!!!!
Made these tonight and the bacon jam is a smash hit. Family loved it. As always, thanks for the great recipe.
Those burgers looked fire!
Much love from Italy.
some jalapeno would be killer in that bacon jam, just sayin
roger robie was thinking the same thing. Just to make it lighter and exciting.
I'd rather be looking for some freshness and some acidity for balance, like a slice of tomato and a pickle. The seasoning he used is spicy and chipotle ketchup is also spicy. It has salt, spice, sweetness but not much freshness.
Yeah! Or like pickled jalapenos you just add on your own on top.
@@rooster3103 That's definitely not a bad idea either.
Iron Solomon at it again! So proud of you
Thats worths the price of admission and then some! Great Burger & Experience Chef Tom!
Thanks for watching as always!
These look incredible... definitely giving that bacon jam a try. Nice work!
I never knew you could use Havarti cheese for a burger. For those unfamiliar with that cheese, it's from Denmark, but despite living in Germany (where supermarkets are full of products made by Arla in Denmark), I never tried it before. I did try Esrom though.
Love this channel, great work by everyone involved. Nice to hear you on the United Q podcast recently too Chef Tom.
That coffee is a nice touch
Best burger ever!!
Thank you for the recepie
Whooooweee!! That looks amazing!! Great job chef Tom!!
It’s good on....
Everything!
Looks awesome
i subscribed to your channel because of this video and seeing it for the first time
Been putting this video off for weeks. Now I must wrestle with the question: why? Awesome.
Gotta try this one.. :)
That looks like a yummy burger and one to copy. Well done and greetings from The Dutch Peter
How many years will my lifespan be shortened by this recipe?
So you made a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup. Kudos! MasterChef!
That bacon jam looks delicious!
I'd like to try all of this with the Bacon burger in Ballistic BBQ Lemmy burger
Im sure 75 lb of bacon jam cost a lot to make also. Great video.
link to grill press, please tom? the site doesn't have pictures of the bottoms of them. i have 2 lodge presses now, but they don't leave indentations like yours does.
Amazing Burger!!!!!
I’m 34 I work as I lineman but when I grow up and I can do whatever I want..... I want to be like you
Chef Tom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for watching!
Made it, Love it, Thank you keep up the great work!
Yes, please
This recipe seems nice cuz its a good size burger your not gonna dislocate your jaw trying to take a bite like other big ass burgers
Love the FUN & CREATIVE names these producers come up with for their rubs & sauces! Where do you get these from, what is your FAVORITE overall, top-drawer MILD, mild rub and sauce? Also, do you have a great recipe for simple, delicious, moist meatballs? Been looking. One more thing: your favorite, simple red sauce recipe that can be used for anything red sauce or "gravy" is called for. A link maybe? Thanks, LeRoy
Wow! That looks totally awesome 👏🤪🤪. I will definitely try that. I’m doing one of your meatloafs tomorrow as the rest of the goodies I’ve ordered from you came today, we can’t wait 🤪🤪
Trying to get 75lbs of an odd looking jarred liquid onto a plane while sporting that beard must have raised a few eyebrows lol
Ha!
Aloha Snaaaaackbar
jack p Probably helped that it was a pork product!
lmfao. u know it did
Maybe if you’re a racist pos
bacon jam? This magic elixir exists?
Great video man. For sure going to start having to make that jam. Newish viewer and loving your channel man.
Glad you found your way to us. Thanks for the support!
Bacon jams just really kick up the flavor of a burger. To your recipe I would also add red wine and bourbon, whiskey, or brandy.
INSPIRED! Good goddamn!
Awesome
Tasty!
That's a very nice burger - well done, that's the truth 👍👍👍
I watch your videos religiously
Lol Special Secret Sauce. AKA fry sauce as its known in Utah. I wish more places made/did it.
you Da Man ...I would eat like 10....and fyi I put a shot of Jack Daniels in my jam
Def gotta make that jam!!
i think a really great video to add to your channel would be how to treat/care/season a cast iron skillet. only being that you guys use them so often on the grill. other than that, LOVE the videos & recipes!
Awesome stuff!
I would gladly pay you Tuesday for a smash burger today! Well Done!
I'm thinking coffee Porter instead of boring coffee... Great looking cook
Очень круто! Обязательно повторю!

Trader Joe's has a bacon jam that is pretty good! I'll have to make this though
Where is your restaurant?
Wichita, KS
Awesome video Chef Tom!!! That looks killer! Would love for you to research and see about smoking an Al Capone Roast. Thanks for the vids and keep sharing!
We have added it to our list.
We mix the bacon jam in with the burger and then fry them
A jar of bacon jam to the airline check-in person might have reduced your baggage charge! lol
What skillet and weber grill do u use in the video? What about the blow torch to crisp the onions
Respect 🤜🏻
I'm glad I found this channel! Great recipes, editing, and personality.
For the last month I've been looking at your beard though. Any way you could even out those cheek lines?
Great video and recipe, Chef, thanks! Question: what make/model countertop burner were you using?
CFT FOR THE WIN AGAIN!
Did u eat some of that bacon man??? Looked like less went back into the pan!! Im on to you
I mean there is shrinkage, but that did look suspiciously less than came out first time.
I would
I was thinking the same thing hah
omg he finally smiled :'(
I wonder if you guys could add these vids to skillshare...
Can you do a video of how you whould do like a primium/competion burger from scratch.

You should do more stuff with banana leaves 😜
