Sorry but you actually had the worst view which is the back of the Fountainbleau facing north/Stratosphere. If you had the other side view which is South facing you would have had the pool view and a great view on the Strip.
Yes we had the other side it was not that bad we enjoy it but you are right! the view from the pool specially cause of the pool and the city behind with the south view of the strip is better :)
