i LOVE how clean the design is
Thank you for your compliment! Our client loved it as well!
Very nicely done! Simple, Clean and Elegant!
Thank you! 😊
It's so pretty and unique!!
thank you so much ◡̈
Beautiful home! I love open concept design, the toilet was a brilliant idea and that hood is genius. My first HDB reno was a disaster (got cheated by my ID, he ran away with my money without finishing). Can't wait to get my next home I'm sure I'll have a better experience!
Hi Rebel! Thank you for sharing your positive feedback and experience. Feel free to connect with us on your next home via Whatsapp: bit.ly/CYIDwa
Very much like my place..with the pocket door in the kitchen..
My decor is mostly biege n black
Sounds like both you and the client have similar taste and preferences! Your home must look very awesome :)
Hi can i ask what tile was used?
Love the color palette, smooth floors and edges but this is more Minimalism than Wabi Sabi 😊 WS involves alot more natural elements. My apartment is similar size and designed like this actually but the one thing I would change is probably the tiling. The lines in the bathroom is a little messy. I would microcement all the floors and bathroom if I could do it over again.
U view it as messy, some people just like tiles 😅
Hello there! Thank you for the feedback :)
Looks beautiful. I just feel like the white grout and lack of backsplash around the stove, hood, etc. Don't seem realistic enough
Like this hack toilet = no warranty from hdb?
it's possible to integrate 2 toilets under hdb regulations?
they didnt hack the toilet per se. they did hack the joining walls to make an entrance between the two toilets which is common in hdb renovations
Like this how much?

so weird to have 2 aircons side by side...
Respectfully, gray is passé.
If you wait long enough, it will be new again.
Don’t design into trends bro. 😉
@@Lingkxs.83 gray was a trend, not a classic. So, wrong again.
yea ... we've entered a limewash era in sg too.
@@jayvinandre2908you view it as a trend. Some people just like grey.
@@Lingkxs.83 can’t help but address the irony. You said don’t design into trends. Then u say it will be trending again with time. That’s exactly what a trend is. It’s recurring. A classic has staying power and is timeless. Wait a few years and this whole limewash thing will look very outdated similar to rock stone walls.
After doing all, and suddenly saw the neighbour uncle is a garang kuni collector and flooded the corridor with his collected scraps.
Upper floor aunty is hard lady who drops everything she able to drop.
Another neighbour smokes through window and smoke travels into your house.
Another upper floor peasant dips their mop and drips their nasty water from mop on our white shirt drying outside.
More over, lock smith and electrician come over your home and pastes his blady business card with diamond hard glue on your door.
So many things to compromise over elegance 😢
