You should do 5 days of traditional Chinese medicine. It's kind of like aryurveda but a litte diffrent. Would absolutley help with your feet beeing cold. Lots of love.
I know i'm also a vata but since i started using tcm i no longer get cold feet since you change the food you eat according to the termic propertys of them and so changes your body temperature

Lucie this was so wonderful and inspirational. I want to try 5 days of mindfulness as well:) I already do hot yoga every day and I take walks outside (I live close to forests and lakes, so nice!) and I have a matcha every morning which I prepare as a ritual... but I have to be more mindful.,, I look at my phone right when I wake up and before bed... and I waste a lot of time online... thank you for this video because you make me want to become better. I think it's about time we take responsibility for our actions or at least acknowledge the implications of these actions. I'm not saying we should give up fast fashion entirely - instead we should make more concious and mindful decisions. In this episode you could potentially style five days of outfits by purchasing second-hand clothing and more ethically sourced clothing.
You should try five days of friendship! So like you could give them gifts, write them letters, do activities together, stuff like that. Not only do you get to show your friends how much you care, you are pouring into relationships in really tangible ways!

You should do 5 days of Linklater Voice work!! It’s kind of related to mindfulness, but more on the side of being mindful of how you use your voice and freeing your natural voice. It’s really interesting, you should defiantly look into it!!
What about five days of donations? You often refer to getting rid of things and donating, and I know that I sometimes end up hanging on to things for no reason other than not knowing where to donate! You could also talk about how you decide what goes and what stays!

Hello Lucie, just a suggestion.... Its good that you do show some practices of yoga in your videos; but teaching it should be done by someone who is trained and knows the effects or consequences of the practice. One might think these are simple enough exercises but they have profound effects on our body which can only be understood and explained by someone who is trained...
