I tried being a morning person for over a year. I went to bed at 10pm and woke up at 5am everyday. I realized I was able to be very productive in tasks such as paperwork, e-mails...etc. But I gave up and went back to being a night person because something was missing. I wasn't creating as freely as before and I didn't have as much inspirations. I'm a musician and my music didn't flow well. I went back to being a night owl and all my creativity blossomed again. Now I'm still a night owl... who wakes up early.
I used to be a night owl and now I’m a morning person. My trick was to give birth to a daughter who is a morning person and who NEVER let me sleep in the mornings. A screaming baby is the best alarm 😂
Me at 8pm:super hyped, making 35 alarms and schedules Me at 10pm: crap I forgot to do math homework Me at 1am:ok just one more season of riverdale Me at 5am: why did I ever want to do this I’ve never wanted to sleep more
I always get bursts of just really wanting to become a morning person and this just gave me another one! I'm really such a night owl but would love to feel more accomplished by getting things done early.
Madeline Elizabeth For me it's usually that once it's dark outside I feel like it's not worth starting a task anymore since the day is p much over, even if I stay up another 4 hours anyway. Also shops etc close at a certain time at night but would be open in the morning.
Luisa me too i get excited to wake up early for and then it lasts for 2 weeks then i go back to being a night owl, I’m a heavy sleeper and i loooove to sleep a lot like 13 hours long if i can, in the summer my family like to stay up late like all of us except my dad we get this from my mom she loves night time so you feel the house is alive from 8 pm and you don’t want to go to bed so I struggle to become a morning person
Maitha Aldaisi Oh yes it's the same for me! I can sleep really long so it's hard to get up if you can easily go 13 hours. But it's so sweet to have a reason to stay up like a lively family! For me it's usually that my friends and interests in other time zones start being active when I should be going to bed for an early morning.
Hi lucie! I’m a morning person and really loved this. The other things I do when it’s tough to get up are count down from five and by the time it’s zero know I have to be up, set a second alarm two minutes after the first one and have a goal to accomplish by the time the second alarm goes off (such as make my bed or pick out an outfit), and lastly drink a big bottle/glass of water within a few minutes of getting up so my body wakes up faster.
I enjoy being up early when I go to sleep early but I feel like missing on the beauty of the night. I feel calm and peace at night, since most of the people are sleeping already. I also love taking night walks

Thank you!! I feel like there has been a subtle cultural shame for night people lately. Getting things done when your body is ready to get things done is always going to be the best for your body and your emotional regulation.
I think so many people aim to get up early, even when their body's natural rhythm means they're more alert in the evening, is because the majority of business's require people to come in early. If work culture allowed people more flexible working times I think people would worry less about whether or not they're an early bird or night owl and just live and work in a way that suits them best.
I feel like if more businesses offered later shifts and this hired night people (like me!), everything would be much more productive. I’d much rather be working into the AMs instead of waking up at them.
Madeline Elizabeth I feel like this cultural shame stems not from the true night owls but people who stare at their phones all night and then claim it's their body's natural clock, a group of people that has grown in number as cellphone/internet/app use has increased. Lucie Fink Hope you have a wonderful week, Lucie. Thank you for the inspiration. Isnt it funny how you dont see too many people on the "I wanna be more of a night owl"? 🤣
I'm not a morning person, but I'd like to be! I don't know how credible the sources that say it's unwise to change your body's natural rhythm are, but I don't quite think that's right. Despite being a night owl my whole life, I find that when I sleep and wake earlier, I feel so much more accomplished and better about myself, and the day runs smoother. When I'm sleeping late into the morning/afternoon, I feel pretty bad about myself when I wake up and I get nothing done. Waking up early is also my big goal!
The best tip is to always wake up at the same time no matter how much sleep youve had. That way your body will naturally help you sleep earlier and earlier every night to catch up on any lost sleep!
I wake up at 6 every morning so I can have a 30 min run (this is a new habit) and work on my side hustle - I have an art shop that I need to create content for all the time! Then I still work a 50+ hour week, lol. I became a morning person out of necessity because I want to be able to make my artist dreams come true
I honestly loved the idea of becoming a morning person, thought about it for too long, but then after watching your 5 days of waking up early episode and the quote about rising when the sun rises and setting when it sets, along with the quote from the other episode of 5 days of self-love about "set a clear intention/ purpose of the day", it honestly CHANGED MY LIFE, you made me MORE excited for waking up earlier than usual, and I NEEDED THAT for my day. I now also get my workouts done in the morning which is awesome. also honestly, Lucie, I became a die-hard fan of your 5-day challenges, keep'em coming, I eagerly wait for them, because you're the BEST TH-camr I know. i'm Fatma, LOVE from EGYPT
Hello Lucie !! I am a morning person always !! I might sleep on midnight and wake up easily on 7:30am !! A tip is to put my phone 📱 on flight mode and set an alarm with my favorite cheer up song!!! Love your show!!!kisses
Me: *needs to sleep* Brain: watch videos of morning routines. Me: no. It’s 1:30 Brain: Me: Narrator: she is now watching videos of morning routines at 1:30 am. She has plans to use these tips. We are laughing at her.
How you said you are motivated at night to get stuff done, that how I feel in the morning. Not all the time, but I think each day is a new opportunity to get started on the right food. Making sure that I get everything done early leaves me more time to relax in the afternoon or evening, and helps me to unwind from my busy day.
I am a complete night owl. It kills me to wake up early... crabby appleton all day and could hardly stay awake by the time 8:00 rolls around on those rare occasions when I do have to get up early. Also believe if you're a morning/night person might be correlated to the time when you were born, morning/night, and I was born late at night.
Definitely agree 110% on having something to look forward to in the morning really helps with getting up in the morning. For me these past 4 months, I’ve been going to the gym in the mornings and I know this isn’t feasible for everyone but it has truly changed the way I approach my day and don’t have to fight at the end of the day after work with if I should go to the gym or not. Also it leaves me feeling like now I have more time for other people if I choose at the end of the day:)
Yes. Work makes me a morning person. I wake up at 5 every morning, the key is to be discipline enough to go to sleep before 10 or 11. Shutting all electronic devices helps tremendously... N saying a night prayer n reflecting on how blessed u r the whole day helps set a positive mood for a good night rest... Hop it helps. Keep up the good awesome video.
Every morning I look forward to sitting down and taking the time to drink my coffee and send emails. It's such a relaxing start to the morning, and I genuinely feel like I'm awake by time I get to my first class/meeting/shift.
I am a morning person and wake up usually around 7 am. You are definitely right, Lucie, about having something to look forward to in the morning. For me, that’s a cup of coffee and a good book. I also love your alarm clock and want to get an old fashioned one instead of using my phone.
Wasn't always a morning person, but since going to the gym VERY early in the morning i am now very much a morning person and i love it! i have time to work out which sets me up for an awesome day, i feel good and focused!! i also have time for a yummy breakfast, coffee, shower maybe even a little tv all before most people have woken up nothing feels better!!
I love mornings so much! I have always loved rising with the sun, it makes me feel so happy. Mornings are my prime time I guess, haha! The idea you had of opening your windows to let the natural sunlight in to help wake you up, is probably the advice I would give to anyone! I do think that some people naturally connect with mornings or evenings, so I don’t feel like there are any “tricks” unfortunately, but I think your video was very useful for people who want to get up earlier than they normally do! Love all of your videos, especially Try Living with Lucie, and have really enjoyed watching you killing it in your career right now! ❤️❤️❤️
I do the whole sleeping with my blinds opened so that when my alarm goes off I see the sunlight coming in and it totally motivates me to wake up, plus I have total fomo and can’t stsnd when other people are up and I’m still sleeping !
I am a morning person. What is my secret? I have a foxterrier 😂 he is so active. In the morning 1 hour walk before i have to go work. When I arrive home we go for 2 hours walk and after that we will go to the dog park playing with balls or he just come with me running. This is the secret. Get an active dog 😂😳❤️
I'm a morning person! Always waking up at the same time every day no matter what time I went to bed helps. Also, I love the breakfast I make myself in the morning and look forward to working in the morning. Like you said, having things to look forward to right away helps me wake up.
I would love to be a morning person. I feel like if I am excited for the next day, I will tend to go to sleep later, because I can't wait for whatever the next day brings.
I'm a morning person. I love the quite time in the morning with coffee brewing or water for tea. Making an awesome breakfast usually gets me motivated for the rest of the day. 😁 Podcast or a good audio book helps to kick start your brain as well. Hope this helps!
I’m such a morning person and if I could give you a tip it would be this: Drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning to get yourself in the mood, it helps you push through the groggyness
I would not recommend a cup of coffee because it is a appetite depressant etc. Let’s say that you sleep for 7 hour, that’s 7 hour of you not drinking any liquids which you need for your body to function properly most importantly your brain.
I've got to thank you, Lucie! I am so inspired by this series and I just made a list of things I want to incorporate into my daily life! Thank you so so much!
I am such a morning person! My tips would be to make your bed as soon as you are up, this will stop you from wanting to go back into bed. My other tip is to get ready for bed quite early (shower, take off makeup etc.) and then you can do whatever you like until you fall asleep. I find this makes me tired earlier and if I'm reading and feel tired I don't have to do my shower and everything before. I really enjoyed this video and well done for succeeding!
The tip about scheduling something to look forward to is SO GOOD. I'm job-hunting right now so I definitely struggle to get out of bed in the morning when I feel like it doesn't matter if I go anywhere or do anything during the day. One question though: any tips for becoming a morning person when you share a living space? My husband and I have completely different morning routines and it's hard to mesh them!
I’ve always been a morning person. Having something to look forward to is the key: when I was a kid, I was excited to go downstairs and play with my toys, when I was a teenager, it was breakfast and now as an adult, it’s a warm cup of coffee while reading the news. Good job Lucie on trying this out! :)
Loved this video!!!!! im never motivated to to anything on the weekdays because I’m just dreading the fact that I have to go to hell (my school) so I’m just like nooooooooo DO NOT WAKE UPP!! but to me, the problem isn’t waking up or going to school and doing work ... it’s the fact that I have to go see people that I don’t like (fake friends, mean teachers, bullys or people u just dont like) also maybe do 5 days of meditating/ working out/ relaxing your mind from so much stress and anxiety which I think many of us can relate to. Ps luv u lucie💕😘
+ 08.17.18:: I am not a morning person yet, but learning how to do it, gradually. I’m more like a night owl, but willing to change it up. Thank you Lucie for the inspiration to remind me. I wanted to know could you do 5 days of starting a blog? Thank you again. 💛
My biggest tip is having a delicious breakfast planned the next morning to wake up to! Plan according based on how much time you have but the thought of making your favorite oatmeal or pouring a bowl of the best cereal in the morning really gets me excited to go to sleep earlier!
I am a morning person. I’m also in middle school BUT I do have some tips on waking up early: try drinking a cold glass of water in the morning to wake you up. You can also try hot tea, which is what I usually drink.
Typically I’m not a morning person. But I will say... getting a bunch of things done early on in the day makes me feel so good! Getting laundry going, cleaning the bathroom, decluttering my room all before 9:30 makes me feel soooo good and productive
Hi - a few months ago I moved from Orange County to the Central Coast, which is a much more rural environment. Before I was living in an apartment complex, listening to my neighbors yell, car alarms. dogs barking, street traffic. Now I live in a house with a yard and with doves cooing and from down the street I hear roosters crowing and sheep bleating. Very different! All that to say that somehow since we moved I have somehow started waking up early enough to watch the sunrise every morning, I'm not terribly fit, I'm actually disabled and have limited walking. But about a month ago I started walking early in the morning and I'm now up to almost a mile. All I can say is that it's something in the environment here!
You should do 5 days of NO makeup bc everyone looks so much beautiful without it especially you ( well I mean you look pretty in anything) love you lucie!!!!
I’m a serious insomniac due to having so much anxiety and paranoia (and past mental health issues like extreme depression) it’s come to the point where I won’t go sleep at all from days at a time. So.... new school year and going to try your techniques!
melatonin really doesn’t work like that. it can’t fix insomnia. lots of people feels like it knocks them out, but its all a placebo affect bc people don’t understand how it works. it’s definitely helpful with jet lag but it doesn’t actually help with sleep in the way most people think it does
I am a morning person. The first thing i do every morning is that praying. That is definitely helping me to be active all day. Also, talk to my parents is really helpful idea
that's crazy cause yesterday i was like "lucie could do a video about waking up early or 5m'' and BANG here it's. Isn't that just crazyyyyyyyyyyyyy???????
I really can relate with you! First video on organization, which I would really love to accomplish! And then, becoming a morning person. Now I feel empowered with some great tips on both! I also have a ton of crafting supplies that I want to organize. Sooo, Im getting off my phone and getting busy! Thank you, Lucy!
I’m not much of a morning person, but if I want to have a good night sleep I put my phone down an hour before I go to bed, have some tea that’s not caffeinated and read a book. But my number one tip is just make sure everything is done before you go to bed that way you are not stressed out that you didn’t do it
Great video once again! Definitely a morning person myself but when I'm not in a routine it's easy to stop waking up that early... For me early mornings feel like you are earning time when most people are still snoozing - but also you tend to have less notifications as distractions, so win win!
I’ve naturally woken up between 6:00 and 6:45 for the last few years. I’ve noticed that working yourself with 110% mentally, spiritually, and physically that your body will be exhausted and falling asleep and sleeping for a healthy 8 hours won’t be hard at all. I also started last semester to change my mindset about finishing work. It took a while but I finally was able to say that it didn’t matter if it wasn’t finished to a place I wanted it to be, I was going to bed before 11. Also, I always drink a glass of water before bed and I always wake up early with the need to use the bathroom.
i am for sure a morning person and it helps me to think that there is no point in wasting my morning when i could be with friends or getting things done instead of sleeping. when i get things done earlier i can reward myself with some relaxation in the morning
I was only ever a morning person when I worked as a Starbucks barista and nearly always had the opening shift. Made it much easier for me to get up at the same time on non-work days to hit the gym, start doing chores, etc. Nowadays...I miss it but would love to get back to that rhythm.
I would love for you to try 5 days of living outside in the wilderness, or doing outdoor activities. I'm a scout from norway and we go on weekend hikes even in the wintertime, and it's a tradition I just love. Or you could go for 5 days of the Nordic countries. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. And if you decide to do so, may you please adress that movies like "Frozen" (as I love, don't get me wrong), make it seem that is only inspired by Norway, actually have a lot of traits from Sweden, Denmark and Finland aswell :D I love these series, keep making them. Love from Norway
I am never a morning person and can you do five days of magnetic earring it’s wired but I can’t get my ears pierced so my parents got me magnetic earrings and I am like I need to wear it and practice pls reply
As a woman who is almost 20 years old, I've never had mine pierced and personally don't want to ever do so. My mom tells me all the time she wishes that she had done it when I was a baby. Magnetic earrings and clip-ons are really great, just make sure your skin doesn't react to the metals and you should be okay. Some of them can be a little tight on your ears if they are tighter clasps. I suggest with clip-ons you make sure to check that there is a little barrier on either side to make sure it doesn't dig into your skin. If they don't have them you or your parents could take a small dot of hot glue on either side. Let it stay open til it's fully dried. For magnetic earrings, if you are afraid of losing the little magnets at all, you can actually have something that is metal to stick it to. I grew up with a bunk bed with a metal frame so I kept it on the side where I knew it wouldn't get knocked off. Hope this helps!
I like the practical Wednesday night because most videos don't capture this. It's hard to wind up the day when there's still work deadlines to meet plus the chores.
Lucie i love your videos and am actually gonna try this one! I start school on Tuesday and really need to get it together and not be late everyday.... on a other note , hear me out. I know you don’t want electronics on for all the reason you’d stated in the video but please don’t turn your phone off at night, it’s really dangerous . Unless you have a house phone which I doubt because no one does , if someone has an emergency and can’t reach you or some thing happens to you and your phone is off that min of waiting for your phone to turn on could make a HUGE difference ..... take it from someone who decided to just completely silent her phone and whole up to 36+ phone calls letting me know my father passed away. It wasn’t until my husbands phone started ringing that we realized what was happening ..... just keep that in mind . Put your phone on the other side of the room or something but don’t turn it off .... ❤️
I used to be a night owl but in just a weeks time I’ve become a morning person. I love taking a walk with my dog as the sun is just coming up. It’s so peaceful. I look forward to mornings now!

night owl who wakes up early?? how many hours do you sleep?
2-4 hours a night. I wake up at 6am to leave for work and I go to bed at around 3am or so.
petitsjoujoux omg😱😱don’t you feel sleepy af throughout the day??
Yes so I don't recommend this lifestyle xD...
petitsjoujoux haha ok
I used to be a night owl and now I’m a morning person. My trick was to give birth to a daughter who is a morning person and who NEVER let me sleep in the mornings. A screaming baby is the best alarm 😂
Mulan 121 also the best robber of sleep
that sounds horrible.
So true, I don't have a kid, my baby cousin, 7 months SCREAMS his head off. He wakes up at 6 am I wake up 8 am from him, he screams especially at 8
At this point I really think thats what it's gonna take for me to be a morning person. Nothing else works!
This 😂
Me at 8pm:super hyped, making 35 alarms and schedules
Me at 10pm: crap I forgot to do math homework
Me at 1am:ok just one more season of riverdale
Me at 5am: why did I ever want to do this I’ve never wanted to sleep more
😂
I always get bursts of just really wanting to become a morning person and this just gave me another one! I'm really such a night owl but would love to feel more accomplished by getting things done early.
But what can you accomplish in the morning that you can't also accomplish at night? (besides eating breakfast, of course)
Madeline Elizabeth For me it's usually that once it's dark outside I feel like it's not worth starting a task anymore since the day is p much over, even if I stay up another 4 hours anyway. Also shops etc close at a certain time at night but would be open in the morning.

Omg I feel that way too..its so calm and peaceful at night I love it
I love night walks too!
I can be a morning person and a night person. I just talked to myself whatever I wanted to be. Thanks for this Lucie!
YES!!!
LUCKY
How about 5 days of discovering some foreign culture? I am Polish so my recommendation is obvious:

Aneta Kmiećkowiak I’m polish also!
I agree! I’m Irish but find Polish language really interesting!
Aneta Kmiećkowiak filipino culture!
I think she already did something similar...🤔 I think it was getting back to HER roots cause she is Italian
It would be cool to do some other ones though, or five days of discovering five cultures
Love this video❤️ I am trying to become a morning person for the month of August so when I wake up for school I won't be sleepy!

Im a morning person because my school start at 7 am and i have to wake up at 4 am because my school is far from my house
snootch Back oh my 4 am!!! I can't imagine!! lol So on the weekend getting up at 8 am would feel like a total sleep in!! haha good for you!!

THIS IS SOOOO SWEET. Thank you very much!!!!
Hello Lucie !! I am a morning person always !! I might sleep on midnight and wake up easily on 7:30am !! A tip is to put my phone 📱 on flight mode and set an alarm with my favorite cheer up song!!! Love your show!!!kisses
What I'd love to see is 5 days of New York city! I'm travelling there in October and I'd love to know what hidden gems I NEED to see!
oooo what a great idea!
Me: *needs to sleep*
Brain: watch videos of morning routines.
Me: no. It’s 1:30

Narrator: she is now watching videos of morning routines at 1:30 am.
What if you were born in the afternoon like me?
Yes. I need this video as I have been TRYING to wake up earlier to be ready when my semester starts.
Adore this kind of content
Definitely agree 110% on having something to look forward to in the morning really helps with getting up in the morning. For me these past 4 months, I’ve been going to the gym in the mornings and I know this isn’t feasible for everyone but it has truly changed the way I approach my day and don’t have to fight at the end of the day after work with if I should go to the gym or not. Also it leaves me feeling like now I have more time for other people if I choose at the end of the day:)
Every single time a try living with lucie comes out I get irrationally excited
haha AWWW yay!
How about 5 days of no face products (cleanser, toner, moisturizer, makeup etc)
Tiffany M yessss
Already did no makeup.
Why do you want her to suffer
Every morning I look forward to sitting down and taking the time to drink my coffee and send emails. It's such a relaxing start to the morning, and I genuinely feel like I'm awake by time I get to my first class/meeting/shift.
watching Lucie and Michelle workout was the cutest thing ever like if you agree
I am a morning person and wake up usually around 7 am. You are definitely right, Lucie, about having something to look forward to in the morning. For me, that’s a cup of coffee and a good book. I also love your alarm clock and want to get an old fashioned one instead of using my phone.
I need to do this! lol
+sydneeleu Go for it! :)
5 days of exploring different cultures in NYC and their community.
I do the whole sleeping with my blinds opened so that when my alarm goes off I see the sunlight coming in and it totally motivates me to wake up, plus I have total fomo and can’t stsnd when other people are up and I’m still sleeping !
alyceamiller Wow, love that!!
Yes me too especially at sleepovers
love this episode it’s exactly what i needed for the back to school season!
Lucie, you should do a beauty routine video! Or more bullet journal videos!! Love them!!
Lucie and Michael are such #relationshipgoals ❤️ ❤️
I'm a morning person. I love the quite time in the morning with coffee brewing or water for tea. Making an awesome breakfast usually gets me motivated for the rest of the day. 😁 Podcast or a good audio book helps to kick start your brain as well. Hope this helps!
Fully agree!!! Great ideas :)
Can you please do 5 days of having a pet (dog) please!?!? I love your videos❤️❤️❤️
I was thinking of this one too! Maybe 5 days of fostering a dog or borrowing a friend's dog!
sarstarlet ikr it would be such a cool video!!
Love Michael! He may be sick of listening to you talk about becoming a morning person, but he does listen! He's definitely a keeper, Lucie!!! :)
5 days of aruyveda! Saying this bc I think you were reading aruveda for dummies the first night and listening to her podcast :b
The timing for this is perrrrrfect, I move back to my dorm tomorrow and I needed to fix my sleeping schedule~
I’m such a morning person and if I could give you a tip it would be this:
Drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning to get yourself in the mood, it helps you push through the groggyness
Love that!
what if you don't like coffee? :/
I would not recommend a cup of coffee because it is a appetite depressant etc. Let’s say that you sleep for 7 hour, that’s 7 hour of you not drinking any liquids which you need for your body to function properly most importantly your brain.
bb yoshi love matcha frappe
I also recommend drinkin gunpowder tea! 🍵
I've got to thank you, Lucie! I am so inspired by this series and I just made a list of things I want to incorporate into my daily life! Thank you so so much!
Every time I see a Refinery29 upload I literally drop everything and watch it.
+amischerson That's what we love to hear!!
love those pizza socks.
Lucie! I really love that you try all of these things and share your experience! I love sharing my experiences with other people too!
One thing I’m not is a morning person 🤣
5 days of listening to different kinds of music ?
this video inspired me so much, i’m try to be a morning person as well and now i’m even more excited for it
This was a lovely video. Very well executed.
+lillyannmena Thanks for watching!!
I am a morning person. I’m also in middle school BUT I do have some tips on waking up early: try drinking a cold glass of water in the morning to wake you up. You can also try hot tea, which is what I usually drink.
Hey Lucie your next video should be 5 days of drinking smoothies ♥︎♥︎♥︎
Typically I’m not a morning person. But I will say... getting a bunch of things done early on in the day makes me feel so good! Getting laundry going, cleaning the bathroom, decluttering my room all before 9:30 makes me feel soooo good and productive
I might try this, I think it may be a problem that I keep waking up around 12am
Sofia Frankie She already did this video!
YES - I did that episode already! Search for it on TH-cam and let me know if you like it!!!
She already made that video :))
I’m a serious insomniac due to having so much anxiety and paranoia (and past mental health issues like extreme depression) it’s come to the point where I won’t go sleep at all from days at a time. So.... new school year and going to try your techniques!
Chloe Porter hows it going 😁
I SWEAR by melatonin! I take 5 mg every night, since if I don’t my insomnia will keep me up all night. :)
Sameeee
melatonin really doesn’t work like that. it can’t fix insomnia. lots of people feels like it knocks them out, but its all a placebo affect bc people don’t understand how it works. it’s definitely helpful with jet lag but it doesn’t actually help with sleep in the way most people think it does
I am a morning person.
+ruthfernandes YAS!!
HAHAHA HERE IT IS!!!!
I really can relate with you! First video on organization, which I would really love to accomplish! And then, becoming a morning person. Now I feel empowered with some great tips on both! I also have a ton of crafting supplies that I want to organize. Sooo, Im getting off my phone and getting busy! Thank you, Lucy!
great video! loved this :)
I’m not much of a morning person, but if I want to have a good night sleep I put my phone down an hour before I go to bed, have some tea that’s not caffeinated and read a book. But my number one tip is just make sure everything is done before you go to bed that way you are not stressed out that you didn’t do it
I love u sosooo much! U inspire me!
Great video once again! Definitely a morning person myself but when I'm not in a routine it's easy to stop waking up that early... For me early mornings feel like you are earning time when most people are still snoozing - but also you tend to have less notifications as distractions, so win win!
5 days of living with different pets
I’ve naturally woken up between 6:00 and 6:45 for the last few years. I’ve noticed that working yourself with 110% mentally, spiritually, and physically that your body will be exhausted and falling asleep and sleeping for a healthy 8 hours won’t be hard at all.
I also started last semester to change my mindset about finishing work. It took a while but I finally was able to say that it didn’t matter if it wasn’t finished to a place I wanted it to be, I was going to bed before 11. Also, I always drink a glass of water before bed and I always wake up early with the need to use the bathroom.
5 days of acting as a parent
Yes that would be nice
i am for sure a morning person and it helps me to think that there is no point in wasting my morning when i could be with friends or getting things done instead of sleeping. when i get things done earlier i can reward myself with some relaxation in the morning
5 days of speaking a complete different language
Going to the gym before work is such a game changer! Not only does it make my feel accomplished, but it boosts my energy.
Cheap Lazy Vegan did the 5AM challenge for a week 😃
I was only ever a morning person when I worked as a Starbucks barista and nearly always had the opening shift. Made it much easier for me to get up at the same time on non-work days to hit the gym, start doing chores, etc. Nowadays...I miss it but would love to get back to that rhythm.
You should do five days of going gluten free!
hannah york yes plz!
And if you decide to do so, may you please adress that movies like "Frozen" (as I love, don't get me wrong), make it seem that is only inspired by Norway, actually have a lot of traits from Sweden, Denmark and Finland aswell :D
I love these series, keep making them.
Love from Norway
5 days of meeting fans (contact 5 fans and fly out and surprise them)
Nitya Patel I’d love to meet lucie
I love this idea lol
Nitya Patel ...and spending a day with them👌 super cute idea:)
I love that you actually showed you getting caught up at work! That’s so real
So real lol I was the last one here.
Sadenna Swafford thanks for your advice
I like the practical Wednesday night because most videos don't capture this. It's hard to wind up the day when there's still work deadlines to meet plus the chores.
Five days of being a mom..
Also i am not a morning person
I used to be a night owl but in just a weeks time I’ve become a morning person. I love taking a walk with my dog as the sun is just coming up. It’s so peaceful. I look forward to mornings now!
5 days of no phone charger!
So basically 5 days no phone, because Apple makes shitty batteries
Pure evil😂
5 days of kindness. Volunteering, taking your coworkers to lunch, writing a letter to grandma, surprising your twin, ect.
