After surviving a space battle alongside the Black Templars and an encounter with the spectral Legion of the Damned, her latest adventure sees her deciphering an inscription on an ancient tomb. It might not sound exciting, but as the potential threat seems to fade, an unknown chapter emerges.

This is such a great story. These types of short stories are what make the 40k universe feel so well rounded and fun. Her super power is studying and she can save entire worlds with it. The story really shows off the character of space marines well too.

This was incredible. I love stories that show space marines from a perspective that is more relateble for the wider imperium. Their aloofness sometimes almost seems silly. Bravo!
Was definitely not expecting a (somewhat) happy ending haha! In true WH40K fashion, I kept waiting for the grimdark twist - no joke, when the "unknown" Space Marine chapter was introduced, I immediately thought they were going to be Alpha Legion at first!
Kick-ass nerd sister shows that the pen is mightier than the bolter! Great listening!

Enjoyed this story, a story about translating dead languages holding in a weird structure is somehow more suspenseful than other tales
But im not 100% clear on the significance of her hair changing color

I thought that this galaxy couldn't get any darker, imagine being in the Schola and writing everything with a Quil

Extra points for pronouncing “secret” correctly when nearly every other reader seems to pronounce it “secrete”.

I read this right when he spoke that part. Just last night had that very same occurrence with another. Cain secreted himself through the tunnel or some such lol

Thanks but the audio seemed a little off, it seemed stutter sometimes but maybe just for me.
The whole up and down and sideways, no spacing words part, gave me headache trying piece it together that small scene.

Your more recent videos have a very offputting cadence. Your older readings were smoother amd easier to listen to. Hope youll take this in good faith from a fan.
I appreciate the feedback as I do hope to make an easier listening experience. While I've focused a lot more on the technical aspect of audio quality in recent days, I've seemed to have left the reading cadence slightly behind. I'll get on that.
