There could be fraud and false claims of family violence by tenants to get out of paying for damage to a property thou, and its unfair land lords should cover costs for damage to a property. all other laws are fair thou. To get revenge on unfair laws like this fighting couples will get banned from having a rental. They are secretly excluded and never get chosen.

Generally, the tenant is responsible for yard work (e.g. mowing, edging, and weeding), however this should be specified in the agreement!
