Best Red Velvet Cake Ever!

Recipe for the Red Velvet Cake
{Super soft, buttery, moist and full of flavour}
1/2 cup of plain hot coffee or boiling water
1/4 cup or 21 grams unsweetened natural cocoa powder
2 1/4 cups or 279 grams all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, optional
2 cups or 400 grams granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
13 grams unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
1 cup Full cream milk, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp red gel food coloring
Bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
