Mrs U.{Peju Ugboma}Banana Bread recipe is a hit and you must give it a try!
Sadly, Peju passed on the 25th of April 2021.
We miss her so much and continue to celebrate the impact she left as an incredible wife, mother, friend and Pastry chef.
Recipe:
AP Flour: 220g, Baking soda:1tsp, Salt:1/2tsp, Melted Unsalted Butter:130g, 3 Over-ripped Bananas, Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup, White Sugar:1/2 cup, Eggs: 2, Vanilla extract: 2tsp, Yogurt: 1/2 cups, Chocolate chips :150g
Bake in 170oC for 15mins.
