Yeah puppet is hard when you use specters and throwables for all previous bosses. It's a lot easier if you learn the parry mechanic
@kaeseatom you mean perfect guard or weapon exclusive skills like guard parry on my rapier and deflect counterattack on my glaive?

@@mythicalnoodlez9997 Gotcha, I never used any parry unless testing stuff because I didn't understand everything about it and speedrunners didn't like it because you have to I think hold it and timing is whack and shield build is so much more reliable so what's what I did, thanks
Actually i used specters and the hardest boss for me was not the nameless puppet (got him in about 6 tries) but the green monster of the swamp, even with the specter i couldn't get it, some attacks seem impossible to dodge or parry

Ngl the black rabbit brotherhood is one of the best gank fights due to the fact they swap turns to fight you
Yea at first I thought it sucked but I realized they actually take their turns depending on who is closest. Like I’m so glad the eldest just does a really easy charge attack when you fight one of his siblings.
I loved the second time you fight them so much in both of my playthroughs I wanted to make a video called “the best designed gank fight of all time” lol it is so fun, so engaging, I just love it everytime. These people know how to make an amazing game!

I like getting achievements, too. 'Lies of P' took me 3 times for 3 endings. I think people can save file or something, though, do it once. NG+ way harder. Really felt sorry for you 15:05. Puppet run on 'mechanics' that power a watch/clock. Time is on they side. Swamp monster, Nameless Puppet, and Laxasia, but maybe not in that order, super cool fights.

currently going for this plat and man let me tell u, i really f’d up. only ending i need is the rise of p because i didn’t have enough humanity to get it in my first playthrough, then i watched a guide 2nd playthrough which ended in real boy ending. nameless puppet on ng+2 is gnna be something else

Not really just hold shield for most of the attacks until he is free and the fury attack is really easy the perfect guard

You can go through the whole game just dodging attacks. It’s not that hard

Recently platinumed sekiro and enjoyed every bit of it except the farming. And now 30% into lies of p plat I love it.
If you have played Wolong Fallen Dynasty. Lies of P did a collab where if you own the game, you will get a weapon and a costume from wolong fallen dynasty

This was the third game I have ever completed, the first souls-like and I have loved it. I am in ng+ at the Abbey in chapter ten. I am definitely dreading the rest of the bosses. Manus was the hardest for me.
I found manus to be the easiest the rabbit brotherhood bosses were my struggle😞😞we all struggle with certain bosses
@user-kw1if2gh6n absolutely. A lot of it depends on your personal play style. Where your attention tends to follow, bigger picture vs minute details

Outside of The Nameless Puppet giving me a hassle on my first playthrough, I found this platinum to be much easier and more straightforward compared to the From Software lineup. This game is awesome though! Definitely enjoyed it very much.
Should’ve went for platinum before all of the patches, that was a real challenge.

I got my Platinum tonight for Lies of P. Taking a break from gaming for a bit.😅
Nameless puppet and laxasia were the only 2 bosses to give me any issue or take me over 2-3 times no specters no throwable. lol you seemed to have a pretty easy time using specter. Try out laxasia without a spectre and no throwable, she’s super tough. Also I like the wrench with the dagger handle best. It’s heavy is pretty fast.
I missed the golden lie in my first playthrough so now i have to do 4 runs, wohooo

I platinum stared the game in under 250 hours I believe and on my 4th play through and have everything the game offered and lol how many hours did it take you to fully complete and this one was so easy to me at least I think and im also going through blood borne rn

He summoned on basically every fight, used save states to get all 3 endings without replaying the game, used guides to abuse the most broken builds and get all achievements, skipped all tutorials and ended up not parrying once...
Like, at this point why even play the game?

Well, as I already finished DS3, Sekiro and ER, the concept wasn’t new to me. But what’s really challenging for me, if I play ER, DS3, Sekiro and Lies of P pretty much at the same time, switching from one mechanic to another is really mind twisting. Recently I tried to parry in ER with the Lies of P mechanic 😂. The real game changer that makes life so much easier in Lies of P ist not the summon, but throwable items. Especially in NG+, where they are cheaper, if you selected that in thw P Organ, and the number of Ergo that you get, it really lowers the difficulty immensely.

Lies of p is such a good game but the trophies are a drag to get. Spent 41 hours ..3 playthroughs..cant wait for dlc .

I don't really platinum any games i played. So This is the only game i platinum. I beat Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring and Demon Souls. But There's something about Lies Of P that want me to replay it again and again then i decide to platinum it. My very first game that i plat.
Not that I made the Platinum, abandoned it after choosing not to led go the Blue chick by mistake for the 3rd ending. Otherwise it looked promising.

Without the specter some of the bosses can get pretty hard, mainly why nameless puppet was difficult n Laxasia wasn't as much.

Haven’t finished the vid yet so idk if you end up sayin it but what’s the wrench build in that you were showing around 4:27 like what’s in it and if you have one a possible guide to the build? I’m very early game and thinking on getting back to it so I’m askin that for my own sake of not raging 😅
here is the guide I followed, the weapon is the "Big Pipe Wretch Head" mixed with the "Krat Police Baton Handle". Hopefully that helps a bit!

You should Platinum the wolfenstien series
If you want to play it in order to get all the details in it I should start with old blood then New Order and then The New Colossus if you want to play the horrible one Youngblood then go for it but I gotta warn you New Colossus is one of the hardest it's even harder than Dark Souls if you don't believe me check it out but don't do that or you won't get the understanding of it
