- Bloodborne's Platinum is Pure PAIN! In today's video I get the platinum trophy for Bloodborne. This was insanely difficult due to the 7/10 difficulty rating along with the Chalice Dungeons and crazy bosses I had to fight along the way. In the end I really enjoyed bloodborne and after getting the platinum and its definitely one of my favorite fromsoft games ever!

Bloodborne's platinum is actually pretty nice to get. You just have to normally beat the game and the rest of the trophies will be easy things to do, like getting all outfits and weapons. The painful part is doing the dungeons to get to the queen.
Getting through the chalices is way more easy nowadays thanks to false depth, once you get all the chalices from the bosses you can enter a specific glyph and skip right to queen yharnam, that is if you don’t want to go down the painful path
@@höllenwinter Wow, I didn't know that. The worst part was the defiled chalice. And all of them are too similar, so it's really boring, but the last boss is good.
Since you need to complete the game three times to get all endings achievements you can do all chalices alternating with the main game, it's actually a good chance of paste so the games does not become boring

@Andrix Proto Actually, you can platinum it in just one playthrough. I get what you are saying, but even if we had to play three times (like I did), chalices are still boring, repetitive, and frustrating. But Bloodborne is very addicting, so it's not that much of a problem. I beat the game one time, then I beat again doing the chalices, then again with the DLC
For me Bloodborne was my first souls and my first plat, man, what a journey, i love this game so much

How’d you get the platinum their’s a problem with my game where even though I have all special tools and weapons I cant get both trophies it’s weird
I’d say create a new character and get all the weapons and the hunter tools. I like to go to the wiki and check if I got them all one by one. Dlc weapons do not count because they have their own trophy.

A little fun fact about the defiled chalice dungeons, despite cutting your health in half you actually get a significant (I think around 60%) incoming damage debuff to compensate for the health loss. But whether by intention or mistake the buff only applies to incoming physical damage not elemental damage which is why defiled watchdog is the biggest piece of shit boss fight.
I believe it's completely intentional since all the bosses use elemental attacks (Watchdog and Keeper use fire, and Amygdala has lasers and goo? (I think the goo does arcane))
Definitely one of the meanest things FromSoft has done.
That boss was almost the hardest in the game for me 😂
Not sure if it was like this in the first few days, because absolutely all attacks from everything killed me in one hit.

Bloodborne somehow never gets old to play. It’s just genuinely super fun to slay messed up creatures and cosmic horrors. Once you get the hang of it and the timings you feel like a god. Just slaughtering everything. I’ll forever love Bloodborne and it’s one of my all time favorites

Just like Ludwig not receiving extra damage by fire at his second phase. That's because you're no longer fighting a beast, but a hunter.
Actually the amount of echos is blocked from the trophy but he gets about 7000 echos from the beast 😅
Bloodborne was my first platinum and the game that started my trophy hunting journey. Easily the best Souls game just for the story and atmosphere.

This is the only platinum I've gotten. I never chase trophies, but I loved BB so much I put in 100 hours and eventually was rewarded for it.
My first Platinum. I was never a Platinum hunter, but Bloodborne was such a good journey that it didn't matter go to NG+. But, to be honest, I had a little help, because back then I had PS Plus so I uploaded my save right before Gerhman so I saved the last NG++ for the secret ending. And then, I used that dungeon code to go to the Yarhnam Queen almost directly. Then, months after, I cleaned my name (?) by getting the Platinum for Dark Souls Remastered without any easy ways... and now I am actually about to get it for DS2.

Out of all of FromSoft games I've played, Bloodborne was the only one I've got the platinum.

I've been on the Platinum Grind as well, I loved Bloodborne's Platinum. Demon's Souls was tedious and Dark Souls 2 fried my brain toward the end with the grinding because I didn't realize I would need the grind. But Bloodborne's Platinum just made me love the game even more, the only parts that were rough were the annoying parts of the chalice dungeons, but they weren't too bad. BTW, Sekiro and Elden Ring are actually pretty easy to Platinum, but Dark Souls 3 - the one I'm currently working on - will be a grind like no other. Good luck!

I was so close to platinuming the game I had 1 more trophy left (the ending where you live to see another day) and cuz I was so excited to play the game I guess my fingers switched to muscle memory I chose refuse I heard the dialogue. “Was it the dream?” And I was like fuckkkkkkkkk.
Bloodborne was one of the few platinum I've enjoyed doing. It makes you do almost everything the game has to offer. Had no idea about chalice dungeons before doing it honestly.
I played and beat Bloodborne for years, then after 3 years, finally finished the chalice dungeons and actually beat the game.
Then when Elden Ring came I just felt 30% if this game, the chalice dungeons reused
I just recently platinumed this game and the dlc, probably my favorite fromsoft game man I just love the combat, story, and level design

when bloodborne first came out, me and my buddy couch co-oped it for a week on our roommates ps4 and platinumed it on accident we played it so much, a little over 100 hours. roommate was not happy, he likes getting all his own trophies

When I got mine on accident I felt a deep sadness knowing I’ve fully explored the depths of blood borne now knowing there was little else to explore.

Oh to clarify I did dlc to the max as well plus my game was at ng+8 an up I had thoroughly gone through the crucible it was :)
as a person who platinumed all 7 souls games, i can say this is the best, no doubt. just recently platinumed it again on another account, all i can say is.. peak game

This game, in general is such a Great Masterpiece. I just had it platinumed just yesterday recently and I couldn't be more happy. A couple things that threw me off was the dungeon runs, the challenges and HP drain during those runs were INSANE, but I gotta say, it was one heck of a grind for platinum.
I usually go Cleric Beast before Papa G. Reason being you can kill him easy (think Asylum Demon level of easy) and it allows you to start leveling without having to memorize where the madman's knowledge is. Also, there is a little girl with a music box that you can stun the boss 3x with before he goes into 2nd phase.
Edit: the Shadows of Yharnam where a boss I got lucky on. Vicar Amelia I also did in one try, but that's probably because I kept dodging and attacking from behind. Final edit: I died 80+ times to Rom (FUCK YOU ROM)... or not, you missed getting killed the Snatcher to go to Gaol.
Bloodborne was my first ever platinum trophy. The DLC of this game is amazing as well 🎉

Played Bloodborne, could not get past the first group of villagers around the crucified burning monster. Played through the entirety of dark souls 2 and 3 and then returned to Bloodborne and something clicked. It is now one of my all time favorite comfort games.
I'm doing dark souls 1 rn, and I'm almost done Elden ring (just gotta kill Godfrey and Elden beast) I'll probably play bb next. The platinum looks fun so I'll go for that

You can skip them and go straight to the queen.
As long as you've killed the watchers on layer 2 of the first pthumeru chalice and got the Root chalice create the root (you don’t have to access it) then you can search the glyph: 3aqbyx95
If it doesn’t work tell me I’ll look into it deeper it’s been a long time since I’ve done it.

I got into bloodborne and dark souls only six months before Elden ring came out. This platinum took me three days
Over the course of almost a year now I have gotten platinum on every souls game in my last one is Dark Souls 3 if I were to give you a suggestion it would be to get the Dark Souls 3 platinum over the summer, so you make that summer in your life a very memorable one

BB was my favorite souls game and one of my all time favorites. I never cared about Trophies until I played BB and got my first Platinum.
Dude Bloodborne is my favorite game that I platinumed. Though the chalice dungeons nearly had me in tears and destroying my controller I finally killed the blood letting beast and got past a weeks worth of tournament
I've had the Platinum for a long time and even got the Special theme for it. It was very easy to do.

Bloodborne is the only game I've played where I've achieved the Platinum Trophy. I'm not an achievement player type of gamer, but after seeing my brother achieve 100% and investing myself into hundreds of hours of Bloodborne, I decided to give it a shot and managed to succeed.

Spider boss had me take a break for 2 months and then I came back to platinum. Only need two endings , all tools , weapons and a precious stone

Hey man, well-done. Personally i believe the most difficult part was the dungeons and the queen. But overall, it's a piece of cake compared to DS3. Farming covenants offline and finding all the rings, miracles and stuff... it was pure pain.
It's the only FromSoftware game I have the platinum because I got almost all the trophies on my first playthrough. I cheesed the ending ones by storing my save file on a flashdrive and restoring it after each different ending. Then I had to use a guide to get all the weapons... but the absolute pain was the dungeon ones. The funniest part is that I got soooooo OP with those dungeons that Lady Maria, Orphan of Kos and Gherman were a joke after all that.
BTW, it was hilarious that you were calling "he" and "dude" two enemies being called "Wetnurse" and "Daughter of the Cosmos" 😛

I'm on the verge of getting all the trophies. Yesterday i was in the second layer of the last Dungeon, when i quit to reset an area and kill the blobby monster that runs away, but when i try to enter again my SAVE FILE WAS CORRUPTED?!!!! I was demolished. like 160 hours, NG+, all weapons, nice runes....
Fortunately had an auto save in the cloud, but it's from daays earlier, so i lost basically all my DLC progress and many many things. I just stayed up late until i beat the Queen in the last Chalice (had to even grind the materials for the ritual again and start over). Now i'm onto the remaining 2 endings and the platinum. I left the DLC out this time though, considering i already got the trophies, but i'll come back for my stuff eventually... TIP: don't use shining coins in the dungeons, or exit until you finish an area... safest bet is: just save and exit from the Hunter's Dream.

I got this Platinum six months after I got my PS4 and I did it all offline also my first platinum trophy. I didn't have the Internet to play or invite people into my game to help me fight a boss I had to figure out how to fight each boss myself even the Chalice dungeons I had to grind until I reached level 375 so I could actually get to the final boss of the Chalice dungeons
