Dental hygienist here. You should always try to floss before you brush. The reason is because you want to get gunk out before so you can brush it off. Most of the time brushing will not be able to get inter-proximally(between)teeth.
This is unrelated but for flossing, I use the floss sticks, should I be using the same 1-2 and rinse them off and toss them after or do I just floss in between 2 teeth, toss them and use another

Everything is solid except for exfoliating, cuz your skin doesnt need to be exfoliated every day its quite the opposite in fact itll damage your skin, its recommended to exfoliate once every 3-4 days. same with shampoo but it comes down to your hair type for me what worked is once every 3 days or if its too sticky when i run my finger across my hair that i shampoo and i try to keep my hair dry when i shower in first day and second and wash my hair on third day without shampoo and forth day i shampoo and repeat
You gotta try some alternative to Versace Eros edt it never lasts anymore, go for the edt- and also instead of creed aventus consider club de nuit man, it lasts much long, projects better, and is less than a tenth of the price. The only reason people buy aventus is bc it’s the original but if you really just wanna smell good, club de nuit is the way to go
