Dental hygienist here. You should always try to floss before you brush. The reason is because you want to get gunk out before so you can brush it off. Most of the time brushing will not be able to get inter-proximally(between)teeth.
This is unrelated but for flossing, I use the floss sticks, should I be using the same 1-2 and rinse them off and toss them after or do I just floss in between 2 teeth, toss them and use another
Most importantly have a personality. Work on having one. Find things you’re interested or invest into a hobby, don’t make it your personality, explore and be outgoing and open minded to things
