    Well Philip you have certainly brought peace to my life too; and yes I've already repeated this several times. And found the score and I'll be sharing your performance with rest of family. Thank you so much.

    Thank you for another wonderful musical experience, Philip. I could easily put this on repeated play for the rest of the day and still want more! One day I hope to enjoy your music live in a magnificent space. Until then, I can enjoy your videos one by one.

    Thank you very much for recording this piece Philip. Mozart is my favourite composer and this piece is my favourite of his works. Every time I hear it it just knocks me for six and I am nearly reduced to tears. I have no idea why this piece has so much of an effect on me, but I am glad that it does. I am just listening to it for the second time and have downloaded it so that I can listen to it when I am away from Wi-Fi. Your playing and registrations are lovely and I really appreciate so much of your music, your choice of pieces is absolutely perfect for me. Thank you again my friend, music is a balm to the worries of life and it is thanks to people. Like you that we are able to hear it. Tony.

    Amazingly played as usual. When this is played to accompany a choir, you just wait for the soprano to burst into song after the intro. The Hauptwerk brings such realism to whatever is being played and is so realistic whatever the organ. Not sure if it is the case, but I have listened to some of the pieces you have played, and you can almost hear the reverb of the church that the organ is speaking into.

    • @philipaggesen
      @philipaggesen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear Vul! Thanks so much for your kind comment. Yes, Hauptwerk can really be very realistic. That is also one of my many joys of having the organ. The sound is so satisfying to be immerse in!

    Thanks for this, Philip. It's my last piece of music for the day, and it's really lovely and relaxing. In places, the melody and harmonies seem much closer to the Romantic era than the 1780 date would lead one to expect. Beautifully played, as always 😀

    one of the loveliest pieces written by the great genius-Philip you really create the atmosphere with your clever use of stops. The temptation is to make it too muted - you do not follow that interpretation but let the melody shine. Bravo.
