But sometimes things work miraculously,my sis applied single with two kids and she won,later she decided to include her husband,they had to call Kentucky number to give more explanation about the issue why she wanted to add her husband and it went through..but on the other side we were worried maybe she might loose a chance through, anyways it was the matter of risking,I think only God does other things,now we are together in Pennsylvania state though she came a head of me 2015 and me 2018 green card too.. otherwise green card is real... people should keep trying

Hello guys! I have a question, it would be appreciated if you could help me to find the true answer. I am DV winner and I got the visa. However, it is not possible for me to get into the USA now. My plan is to enter to the USA for just a few days in order my entrance to be recorded. I will give to the port officer the home address of my friend (who lives in the USA) for recieving the green cart. Then I will leave the USA. After 5-6 months I will back to the USA (with the hope that within this period I reveive the green cart). My question is that does this plan work? And in the second time when I back to the USA I won't face with any ligal problem. In other word, do my visa and green cart allow me to make these two travels to and from the USA?

Hi, as soon as you are randomly selected and receive your confirmation #, update your forms accordingly. Your to be born baby won't hinder you. The next time you hear from the consular center (Kentucky), you'll receive your interview packet and your baby(if already born) will be in your paperwork. Any adjustments in your family (deaths or births) are accommodated well. Wish you well(baraka).
@@rollinsdeya958 it wont hinder your process if its done legitimately. Bt you need to prove he or she has been your fiance or fiancee before your aplication so it doesnt look as immigration fraud. U also need marriage cert and docs like pics to prove legitimacy
