பல ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் சரக்கு வாகனத்தில் F307 Metador ரக வாகனத்தில் சென்றிருக்கிறேன். அப்போதெல்லாம் சாலை இந்த அளவிற்கு தரமானதாக இல்லை.அப்போதைய வண்டிகளும் தற்போதுள்ளது போல நவீன வசதிகளை கொண்டிருக்கவில்லை. முன்பு இச் சாலை தற்போது இருப்பதை விட இன்னும் குறுகலாகவும், அடர்த்தியாகவும் இன்னும் அதிகமான புதர்களையும், மரங்களையும் கொண்டிருந்தது. நல்ல மத்தியான வேளையில் கூட மிகுந்த இருளாகவே காணப்படும். இருந்த போதிலும் இந்த சாலையில் நான் சரக்கு வண்டியில் ஒரே ஒரு கிளீனர் சிறுவனுடன் யானை, கரடி, மான், சிறுத்தை போன்ற மிருகங்களை தாண்டி பயணித்திருக்கிறேன். நல்ல பதிவு..!!
பதினைந்து வருடத்திற்க்குமுன் ஊட்டியில் இருந்து மசினகுடிக்கு பஸ்சில் போய், பயனிகள் ஜீப்பில் முன்பக்கம் அமர்ந்து ஊட்டி வந்தேன் சகோ.ராஜேஷ் கூறியதுபோல் பயங்கர அனுபவம்.ஒரு முறை எனக்கு தெரிந்தவர்கள் சென்ற வேன் இங்கு பள்ளத்தில் கவிழ்ந்து விபத்திற்குட்பட்டது. எனவே மலையில் வாகனம்ஓட்டிய அனுபவம் உள்ள ஓட்டுநர்களை பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும்.
