#38 20:50 genuine question because I genuinely don't know. What was the point in zooming into his numberplate like that? His mistake was either not seeing the sign, or not being fully aware of his height (possibly he uses multiple different vehicles, and there may not be a height indicator in there) But ultimately, all that matters is that he didn't try to go under it, it executed a nearly perfect reverse out of there, didn't hit anything. That's problem solving. Lots of experts here who don't drive anything bigger than a mini cooper.
10:20 the submitter should challenge that and potentially seek legal advice, if you take to the road with an unsecured load that is a criminal offence, it also means that your vehicle is not roadworthy. All those drivers who have got the fault shouldn't drive again. Not in UK not anywhere else. You can't even recognise and understand the simplest. 1. Write hand is always right everywhere 2. You must have the ability for emergency hard brake. 3. You shouldn't drive ever again because your indhish or parish trainer never explain you what a short turn or long turn and what's why you can't 4. Staying in your line everytime everywhere especially on the roundabouts. Stop driving like a zip or continuously left-right-left. This can interpretated as a dangerous driving and u can loose you Drv Lic. 5. Observations you have got 3 mirrors. 6. Don't brake your attention from the road, looking your own especially kids. 7. Take your distance (safety bubble) 8. Look around for speed limits, yoh can't go slowlier than everyone else or underspeeding cause you are not happy or sure. 9. Take an Advantage course for special occasions. 10. Forget about your smartphones when driving. For calls and text you have Bluetooth commands (since 2012 in all good models every car has these options) Gold Rule: NO drugs, NO alcohol while driving. Even little more if you excess the level above you can loose your licence lifetime (anyway U R just a newbie) in case if u r guilty. BE SAFE, DRIVE SAFE, THINK QUICKLY. Driving is peace of cake, but silly, stupid & selfish people made it dangerous. That's why drivers on the worldwide roads should be at leat 35% less than today. Agreed - the car was clearly coming around parked cars on the side of the road and would have to manoeuvre left. Even though the road might have a 'give way' sign, the driver recording should have the initiative to not immediately assume others will stop for you. Should've been more aware.
#77: Cammer shouldn't have been passing another vehicle on a crossing. The best clips feature a bad driver capturing someone else's bad driving and putting their own lack of skill on display.

@@calibrazxr750 He isn't *required* to, but that misses the point. The other driver had misjudged up his overtaking manoeuvre but was clearly trying to move back to the left lane. At that point, the cammer should realise what's going on and just held back so that other car could slot inbetween him and the car in front. Instead he chose to honk his horn, hold his position and squeeze the other driver into the spin. That doesn't seem like making allowances....
Elderly drivers! I am so glad that a neurologist told me to stop driving when I was 70 because driving standards do not appear to be improving, and that does not go well with increasing traffic.
Rubbish! Utter rubbish. I'm as good a driver NOW, as I was 20 years after passing my test in a truck. Since then my driving has improved and the cars I drive now have more safety features built in to ensure I remain a competent driver. Sounds like you have given up life to early .
I was a police advanced driver (Escort/TPAC/VIP etc) for 30 years. The police driver at 34:18 was not advanced trained, as this was an appalling piece of driving in a "panda" car. We are taught never to be what is called the "meat in the sandwich", which is exactly what this police officer did. Poor planning, poor decision-making and very poor driving! And as for the police driver at 58:16, it is quite correct that they are driving dangerously. Blue lights provide a number of exemptions, but solid white lines is NOT one of them. #98 Sorry, but both drivers were equally at fault. You can see at the start that it's a 4 point roundabout. For those, the left hand lane is for left and straight ahead and the right hand lane is for right only (Exit 1 and 2, Exit 3). Both drivers were in the wrong lane for their respective exits and ended up colliding because of it.

#72 - Yeah, the route could have been planned a little better for a vehicle that size; and it is his fault (or whomever planed the route) but the reason he was annoyed with her is because she did not move until he asked her to - she had the room, and all he needed was a few more inches "Back up, love, yeah?!" is what she should have already been trying to do. It wasn't her fault in any way, but she did nothing to help the situation except sit there imagining a lorry is somehow going to get narrower simply because she was in the right. He could have been less aggressive, but from his point of view he probably saw a belligerent driver making the situation worse than it needed to be. It's tough not to be annoyed, when you're the one putting in all the effort and the other driver is in pause mode.
The kid on the scooter was lucky, when I got stopped as a 17-year-old on my Lambretta which was tricked out with all the accessories, a backrest loads of mirrors and badges with skid guards and outrigger exhaust with no baffle they made me dismount and push it back to my home which was two and a half miles away while they followed me all the way in their panda car creeping right behind me at two miles an hour and laughing at me all the way.

#4 When the 2 lanes split into 3 just before the roundabout, it was extremely ambiguous as to who had priority to use the new middle lane. With these road layouts, it's always an accident waiting to happen. I absolutely hate this common design flaw on British roads, whereby lanes suddenly change last minute, sometimes one lane becoming a forced left turn, or something similar. Regardless, the driver obviously should have pulled over after colliding with you.
In this case the cammer was poorly positioned on the road for his intended direction of progress. Also, the other vehicle could be seen preparing to take the middle lane prior to the cammer commencing his inappropriate undertaking manoeuvre.
The lane on the left has the priority because of the road markings. If they're in the right lane then they use the right, it goes straight over the roundabout. If you're in the left lane then you either use the middle lane to go straight over or the left lane to turn left. This is why you do lane changes early and look at the signs. I drive a roundabout like that, it goes from 2 to 3 lanes and I've barely seen an accident on that roundabout
The cammer should simply have made sure that he had the other car's registration number, then backed off and not pursued. Let the insurance deal with it. The dash cam footage has the evidence.
#74 biker had NO right going to the front. The clue is in the picture in the road. Those zones are for CYCLISTS. Motorbikers have to observe the road laws that car users have to. Both in the wrong. Neither should be in that box.

A cursory check online suggests that the driver of the van and by extension their insurance is 100% liable!
Also amazing timing with the song on the radio

#14 That motor bike rider is so lucky, that he was not paying attention to the green light.
‘You hit me….!’
38.10 It is bikers like that that give the rest of us a bad name; meanwhile the bike that was at the root of it was long gone. The van driver was not tail gaiting he was attempting to overtake the slower bike.
25:09 he looks like he's smashed out of his face when he gets out and starts talking to the rider.
Little road man getting baked for his shit job.
Audi drivers well represented again.
All those drivers who have got the fault shouldn't drive again. Not in UK not anywhere else.
You can't even recognise and understand the simplest.
1. Write hand is always right everywhere
2. You must have the ability for emergency hard brake.
3. You shouldn't drive ever again because your indhish or parish trainer never explain you what a short turn or long turn and what's why you can't
7. Take your distance (safety bubble)
8. Look around for speed limits, yoh can't go slowlier than everyone else or underspeeding cause you are not happy or sure.
9. Take an Advantage course for special occasions.
10. Forget about your smartphones when driving. For calls and text you have Bluetooth commands (since 2012 in all good models every car has these options)
Gold Rule: NO drugs, NO alcohol while driving.
Driving is a SCIENCE an ability not a fun for foolish selfish and stupid newbies, but for purpose of travel and business.
PS: Half of users who posted videos, you are absolutely wrong. Even a wrong idiot, even in the wrongness place when he/she overpassing YOU MUST give a space to come back in the line. Otherwise you are full responsible for the occured incident.

Clip 29 was a clear undertake attempt - the driver recording was in the wrong.
Also had the audacity to moan about lane control when they're claiming the middle lane with no one to the left.. embarrassing
Agreed - the car was clearly coming around parked cars on the side of the road and would have to manoeuvre left. Even though the road might have a 'give way' sign, the driver recording should have the initiative to not immediately assume others will stop for you. Should've been more aware.
38:10 Just seems like you were upset because you were overtaken.

3:40... ffs Keith... what's the matter with you 😂😂
#34 As soon as you realised it was an audi you should have eased off. Them and BMWs have their own Highway code and it only has one rule - don't bother giving a toss about anyone else.

A bit of pavement separating the road into two different lanes
4:16 Cammer didn't help. It was clear the other driver was trying to get back into left lane but cammer didn't pull back to make space.
Is he required to? The other car came fitted with brakes as well as an accelerator.

15:25 although that driver should not have cut you up, you were doing a fine job of hogging the middle lane, seemingly for a prolonged period of time.
3:43 Why isn't there a traffic light for the pedestrians?
#5. I know that roundabout well A66 just outside Darlington. The cammer should have left the roundabout in the Right Lane as Marked.
2 boys in the girls car wanting to fight when they're the ones in the wrong 😂
No.74, that’s Bedford for you!
@3:09 So many people in UK have poor lane discipline in roundabouts.
Another very dangerous piece of police driving, again from a "panda" driver.
I am from Serbia & have toured on my motorcycle in 19 European countries, 3 times in Britain, & they are the baddest drivers I see, aggression is very bad on British roads !
yet the UK has the safest roads in Europe.
@@george-ev1dq I will say many have different opinions for this
#98 Sorry, but both drivers were equally at fault. You can see at the start that it's a 4 point roundabout. For those, the left hand lane is for left and straight ahead and the right hand lane is for right only (Exit 1 and 2, Exit 3). Both drivers were in the wrong lane for their respective exits and ended up colliding because of it.
Not correct, you can take the right lane to go straight ahead onto a dual carriageway!! I hope you dont have a licence!!

17:09 why apologetic comment from the rider. Audiot had to check if its safe to merge at the speed to second lane which he/she clearly didnt do. If you aware of blinds spots do proper checks before any speedy move. I would report that idiot in the heartbeat that was very dangerous
12:58 pause the video here I saw a T sign and im sure it means dead end so that cannot f been the main road
At 10.56 the BMW had plenty of room to turn, the driver coming down sped up on purpose, that's WRONG !!
I understand 26 was upset, and yes the guy should pay more attention but the bloke sounded genuinely apologetic so calm down no one got hurt, he will learn from his mistake and be more careful it’s gonna cost him more then you in the long run
Some people have just got a big energy bill in .
and they are taking it out on drivers
The driver said he ''should have gone'' (not very apologetic sounding), a poor excuse for a rear ender. Callous attention to the road like that is why people get killed.
@@mikewade777it’s true! yes he should have looked again but also you don’t expect people to sit around / stall when it’s perfectly clear, on a side note, there’s nothing worse than idiots who are too scared to pull out and hold everyone else up whilst they’re waiting for a huge gap which is never gonna come (not saying that’s what happened here)
#15, camera vehicle in the wrong overtaking on a junction?
#83 It wont cost the transport company anything unless he actually hit the bridge. And he obviously does know the height of his trailer or he wouldnt have stopped before hitting it. The sign on approach might have been blocked by other traffic, trees or bushes. It happens. Bit harsh to lay blame without knowing the facts

When I was taught to drive they always told me to give a Quick Look left and right before pulling into a junction even if I have green lights.. why don’t people do this? Takes 1 second and could save your life.
Chicago Bulls fan - always be careful
#33 music is perfect lol
2:17 you can see the driver that got hit was driving in the middle of the lane

2.20 Either one of you could use the central lane at the roundabout your driving trying to catch the other car was on the edge of being dangerous . You had the video evidence you didnt need to chase the other car !
No.15. Yes,he should have seen the cammer, but his view to his right was obstructed by a wagon and the cammer was going slowly, so he pulled out. The cammer COULD have realised the situation and just stopped .
Some of this footage turns my stomach and makes me feel giddy! As a pedestrian, cyclist, driver and user of public transport, I'd like to think I can see most people's perspective of being a road user, but some of these drivers are so selfish and aggressive in how they behave to everybody else! It looks like the more expensive your vehicle the more entitled you are?
The ferrari (J111DHU) is Actually not a Real Ferrari. It is a Replica of a Ferrari based on a Mercedes 190 E.
And?
The kid was on a 50cc Scooter and not a moped. Mopeds have pedals which are used to start the motor, hence the name Moped, Motor- Pedal simple! Scooters even small ones are Scooers, not mopeds, This is not Rocket Surgery or Brian Science!
mopeds have not had pedals since 1977in the UK, any motorcycle under 50cc is a moped with or without pedals, it aint rocket science.
3:18 Probably someone who's driving in the UK for the first time. I only know UK roads from dashcam videos and if I had to drive on them, I'd probably go insane
Yeah right. Americans are much worse.
I can’t understand why people who are in so-much of a hurry to get in front of other road users have time to do all this dangerous and time consuming brake testing. I think it’s should be a 6 month ban no question .
Clip no 4 - why don’t you try and cause another accident whilst chasing the car that hit you. Madness - you have the film - report to police.

8:10 motorcyclist won life that day.
I know that road, daft of the cammer to try to undertake as it’s in a 20 zone…
@@empressdoinalot Only if you know the road, the markings are poor
The jeep driver was clearly in the cammers head, they are the crazy one.
I wish more people would send the footage to the cops, that knob in thwe van who almost took out the bike should be banned,
A lesson in the hazards of undertaking there.
#74 biker had NO right going to the front. The clue is in the picture in the road. Those zones are for CYCLISTS. Motorbikers have to observe the road laws that car users have to. Both in the wrong. Neither should be in that box.
Although I agree, don't just blame the biker! At the beginning of the clip, the car driver was already halfway into the cycle box and was still moving forward. Furthermore, the car driver also went into the cycle box at the end of the clip as well, whereas the biker stopped in the right place that time.
