CAT 2017 and CAT 2018 actual CAT Question Paper pdf are available across the interwebz. However, the downside of the same is that the pdf's also contain correct options right next to the questions through colors of options. So If you would want to use it to practice, then it becomes almost impossible to solve the questions without glancing at the right option. Hence, presenting the official CAT Question paper in a student-friendly format becomes imperative.

If I remove the explanation time then it can be roughly 8-10 mins to scan the paper.

If this gave you 99+ then I'm pretty sure that I'll get in the higher 90s because you actually left 2 of the easier sets which took me hardly 25 mins. in total to get through

No, i did not get 99+. Also, listen to the part where i talk about what type of candidate I'm. The sets that you find easy, need not be easy for me. There's no one size fits all. Find your easy/manageable sets is all we want to convey. Best wishes.
