redslate32 we had internet in 99’ for one month, I was 16 and decided to go to chat rooms 24/7 not realizing that internet back then charged a shit ton (dial up) and my parents got a phone bill/internet bill for over 900$$!!!! So glad we have unlimited WiFi now! I pay 50$ per month for unlimited WiFi 👍🏼

The "quality of the information" in 1993 wasn't "better;" it was just proportionally more focused on academics because, surprise! Those were the early adopters.
The information available now is far more applicable to everyday life and covers the gamut of a wide range of subjects (of which, academics is but one). Additionally, the *timeliness* of the availability of information today trounces what it was in the '90s.
I was born 2003 and even though my family had internet it was super slow so we didn't use it much. It's easy to forget how quickly the internet exploded and that it wasn't always what it is today lol

Started practicing recently and seriously, not doing those kinds of spells on other people, especially ones that manipulate will, is mentioned time and time again. It's pretty much impossible to never have heard that those types of spells are frowned upon.

Funny, I dated a witch but she was nowhere near that crazy. Her magic rituals consisted entirely of using various herbs, candles, and incantations as well as a small alter set up in her room dedicated to the Goddess or whatever, not Satan. From what I understand it’s derived from ancient Celtic/Greek stuff, very tied to nature. Honestly it was a pretty decent relationship, but didn’t work out long term for entirely unrelated reasons.
4:20 (nice) so the modern version of a "witch" is actually a person who practices the wiccan religion, and in that religion there are such things as potions, but it's basically just a fancy word for tea with certain ingredients and intentions in it, not to mention there's no such thing as a "love potion" as they're considered taboo. That woman wasn't a witch she was just fucking insane.
A witch was an herbalist. The church killed anyone who could heal any illness. Scientists, herbalists, they both had to die. The church wanted people to believe that only God could heal them that way they would keep giving the priests all of their money to pray for them. If they died it was God's will. On the rare occasion they survived they would give every penny they count get to the church. That's insane.
UnknownCreature-006 not all witches are Wiccan. Though I often tell people I am, because it’s easier than explaining, I worship ancient egyptian gods and do some rune spells. You are wrong when you say there are not love spells and they are not considered TABOO. It depends on why you are using them and what your intent is. Love takes many forms. While I know that in Wicca the word witch is used to refer to practicioners of Wicca, as a word it was always used to refer to anyone performing acts the Church saw as mystical, herbalists, perceived werewolves, anyone who could tame a wolf, and jews are just a small sample of the sorts of people that were called witches.

As a gay man, my worst dating experiences were when I was supposed to have a girlfriend. I was set up with Nora, the biggest girl in the class - at 13. We used to hold hands when others told us to. Don't remember ever kissing her. Finally we were at a party and the older brother of the hostess dared Nora to French kiss him. Because at 13 she had the body of a woman (wasted on me). This went on so long I got grossed out and went away. The other girls were sweet, it was understood she and I had broken up because of her unfaithfulness. Big relief. Had a date with a man when I was 21. Never looked back. I love women but I'm wired for men (now married/31 year relationship).

I went to one dance the entire time I was in school. It was my sophomore year of high school and I went with my boyfriend at the time. There was live music being played by the school jazz band. I asked my bf repeatedly if he wanted to dance and he always said something along the lines of, “Maybe later.”
Yeah. “Maybe later” never came. We just awkwardly stood around in our nice clothes for like five hours, sipping on watery punch and store-bought boxed cake mix cake while everyone else danced and had all the fun. The worst part is I was in band so I could have signed up to play in the live band and still go to the dance with my bf but chose not to because this was my first boyfriend and dance and I wanted to focus on that. One of the most awkward, disappointing nights of my life. 😬

21:50) that’s actually not as crazy as you think, for context my dad passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2018 and I have a bear that was my dad’s and was given to me as a kid, that I believe at least has a part of his soul in it. now granted I don’t take it anywhere else normally but whenever we have get-togethers (Christmas, Thanksgiving, football games, things of that nature) I would always bring this bear with me as a reminder that my dad is always with me no matter what. Sorry for the long winded explanation but the point is some people just have a weird way of dealing with grief and that was that lady‘s way of dealing with it

I was walking to my GP once to pick up my mums prescription, when this Muslim looking guy comes up to me and asks me where some place is. Being naturally polite and wanting to be helpful, I direct him and continue walking. He follows me and asks me for my number. I was flustered and weirded out and I didn't want to seem rude so I gave it to him. Not that it matters, but I'm a shy nerdy white chick and I'm not into dating Muslim guys. He had a beard and looked Middle Eastern, and I'm not religious, either. But anyway, this guy ends up calling me a couple times out of the blue, and it was awkward as frick each time. For one thing, his connection must have been bad, or he was talking in a place with bad reception because I couldn't hear a damn word he was saying. I did my best to try and keep up and make the right response at the right time, but he would barely let me get a word in edgewise and would jabber on about whatever the hell he was talking about. Sure, I'm a shy dork but even I was weirded out. Thankfully I lost his number not long afterwards and he never called me again. No idea what made him think I'd be interested in a strange guy using directions to chat up the shy white af nerd girl.

Not me but a friend. She met a guy at a bar who told her he did animal research at OSU. She didn't tell him she was a vegetarian and animal rights activist. She decided to do her own undercover investigation of what he was up to. She agreed to go on a date. He took her to some fancy restaurant where she ordered a salad and he ate brains. Back at his apartment he locked the door and proceeded to show her his bondage equipment. Then he handed her a knife. Trying to play it cool, she took the knife and touched the blade. He freaked out. He snatched the knife back and wiped it off and told her she must NEVER touch the blade!
She told him she wanted to leave. He just stared at her for a while as if deciding whether to let her go or not. in the end he unlocked the door and she got the hell out of there.

I have two: first was the only Tinder date I've ever agreed to meet up with. He was nice, and our banter was fun. We met at a 4-star Gastro-Pub after I got off work on a Friday night. I was in my office attire -- work skirt and a nice blouse. I showed up late bc of work, and he was still later than I was, even though he "hadn't worked that day." K, fine. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink while I waited. I'm sad to say the rest of this story is kind of mean. He sat down next to me at the bar and I think he thought it was a really suave move, but it honestly took me too long to recognize him bc he didn't look like his profile pic - he had a lazy eye (I wouldn't have minded, but I'm painting you a picture here, so stay with me) wore socks with sandals, cargo shorts and a Hawaiian shirt that somehow didn't match everything else. His mustache was like a 13 yo trying to grow one for the first time. I tried my hardest to look past everything, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to talk. He ordered soup. I paid. I waited for him to text me so I could tell him he was nice but not for me, but the text never came. I feel bad, but it was just. so. cringe.
The second was years before this -- sort of my boss (he managed the kitchen and I was a server) and it was kind of a pity-date bc his wife had recently left him. I got stuck in his truck a few miles from my house while he cried and told me I would be such a great Mom for his kids. There were snot-bubbles. He told people at work we'd fricked. I'd been on the brink of quitting because mngmnt wouldn't work with me on having a second job, so I quit but not before telling people about his snot-bubble tirade and that we hadn't even kissed, much less fricked.
Lesson learned, on both accounts.

I like your content otherwise, but please quality check your videos before posting. : ( I was half asleep and the skipping frightened me awake. I like listening to TTS when I’m tired and trying to sleep, because it has a very consistent sound and I can trust it not to yell. But the audio skipping is just... not great.
I’ve issues with sleep and I try to listen and/or watch things I’m interested in when I’m struggling to sleep. I know that things recommend you turn your devices off to help you sleep, but my phone is the equivalent of people who can’t sleep without the TV on.
I’m explaining this because I’m not mad and I don’t feel right fussing at people over something that’s probably pretty small in the long run. But it is, as a viewer, very important to me. Thank you for reading.

I think I get the drug dealer one. I was a cashier and I once saw some random dude walk up and have a nice chat with a known drug user. He leaves with his friends and the drug user goes around showing the paper and gave it to someone who most likely didn’t know she grabbed it. 1st date was back when hotmail and messenger were a thing and cellphones were becoming more available. It was a blind date since I didn’t have a cam, had chatted with him for some time, we meet up and dude texts his friend to join along I guess cause he didn’t like me, so I sit next to them having a conversation and being ignored for an hour, was too shy to get up and leave. In my 20s a guy I met online picks me up since I didn’t have a car and we were telling jokes till we get to the restaurant that has a bar and he starts telling me that girls online sometimes are sex workers etc and takes me by surprise so I just stay quiet... we left after one drink. I also met another guy through Instagram, guy was so high he started rubbing his face against mine like a fucking cat... also kept picking me up and lifting me since he was 6’10 and I’m 5’3... gave it another try and on the second date he started talking about types of weed and wax weed and edibles. Told him I didn’t feel well enough to watch the movie like we had planned and never spoke to him again.

Dithaingam Panmei well I got my hubby now who started as my friend so that help on the date process but was still very awkward at the beginning lol. I completely understand tho, I’m an introvert too I just force myself too much to be more talkative and outgoing. Something that always helped me was to remember that if they wouldn’t have liked me they wouldn’t have asked me out to help me feel more comfortable and let conversation flow. Also to let them talk, people looove talking when you’re willing to listen and if you listen you can find things you either have in common or things you find interesting and go from there 😄
