I bought mine today and honestly it’s a huge bang for your buck! It sounds very loud and clear. Bass sound very impressive. I got mine $180 after tax. Luckily Best Buy had one but was an open box so they gave me 15% off. It was worth it
I’m thinking of purchasing this with a new 4K Sony Tv and Ps5, previously I’m using a Sony SRS-XB43 mainly for music as that’s its purpose but I can control frequencies in music centre app. I’m just wondering if this setup would be a good replacement for music but also for gaming (which isn’t a problem if not cos I use headphones for competitive) and obviously films and TV. What I’m using doesn’t really work well for films TV’s as it’s more for music.

With this model I am having serious issues during movies. The dialogues are so muffled and the action scenes suddenly go loud af. Please help me with this issue. I connected this with hdmi arc with my lg 55 inch ur80.
Normally dialogues in movies are not in the same hd quality (audio) as the music or sfx scenes. That is the reason.
My parents have this and keep it in the living room. This thing is the best. Im getting my own to put in my room

Hello. I bought this sound bar but my problem is that the subwoofer dont work when I use the tv or a playstation. I connect it from hdmi arc from the tv, the bar works great but the subwoofer dont make any noise. It only works both when i connect it from Bluetooth. Any help?

It can make pictures on my wall shake. I use mine for watching tv (shows and sports) and movies, along with Bluetooth music through Spotify and my own on plex, and gaming on xbox and playstation, it all sounds incredible!

Did you find out the answer to your question if the sound bar can controlled by a TV remote (for example a Samsung remote)? Perhaps bus hdmi arc?

Worst product. Wasted money 320 watts of sound put claimed by sony but reality is polk magnify mini is 1000 times better than this one which is 150 watts. Cant even feel there is a subwoofer.

@@rickymalone3945 Depending on your tv... Its quite simple. Just turn it on and follow the instructions. Mine is a 55" Samsung Crystal 8 series. This sound bar its absolutly amazing! Love it. 👍
Hdmi arc does improve the sound significantly VS an optical cable or bluetooth.

How do you connect it to the TV though? I've plugged in the HDMI ARC cable from the TV to the bar but so far, nothing. I've turned them off and on in different orders too.
Be sure: 1. your cable supports ARC (audio return channel) and, 2. your cable is connected to the HDMI port labelled ARC (if you have an older TV, it may not support this feature).
You got optical port
Setting up the HT-S350 is brilliantly simple, especially for TVs with HDMI ARC. Simply plug in the bar and subwoofer, connect a high-speed HDMI cable (not supplied) to your TV’s HDMI ARC port, and you’re likely done. This should also allow your TV remote to control volume, though in some cases you may need to engage ARC and/or HDMI-CEC in your TV’s settings menu and change the sound output to External Speaker or Receiver.
If your TV doesn’t have HDMI ARC, simply connect via the provided Optical cable, though that means you’ll need to add one more remote into the mix. As mentioned, newer Sony TVs can also connect to the bar via Bluetooth.

If you like heavy bass and somewhat good clarity, go for Sony soundbars. If you prefer clarity with a little less emphasis on bass, I'd try out a Samsung (though some have software issues, I prefer my HW-N850 with the added rear surround speakers over both Sony bars that I've bought (HT-X9000F and HT-NT5).

Appreciate you watching. The HT-S350 sounds better and gets much louder than the 180. The 180 is 100W while the 350 is 320W.

We have a problem with this soundbar , there’s a delay problem!
If it's connected to the TV and not in Bluetooth mode, then restart your TV. The Soundbar will turn off automatically, and restart together with your TV. Then it should work.

@@MzFine1 i eventually cancelled my order and got the HT-S200F.... Its only 22 inches which im not a fan of... So an hour later, i discovered the HT-S100F(which has a built in subwoofer as well... And is 35 inches) and decided to get it. It was at walmart for $98...so now i gotta sell the HT-S200F.... 😬
